MM, must admit that the two trades today , buys at 2.39 and 2.49 in order , mysteriously produced a closing price of 2.35p ?

Surely it must be 2.44p or 2.49p? I cannot explain it, can your team?

When I was working in finance the guys around me were retiring on huge pensions in their 30's - if you survived 25 years+ it shows you were not not much good. 25 years plus and you still don't understand foreign exchange as borne out by some of your glaring errors before Xmas. I guess they created 360S accounts to make it easier for you.

It is fairly straight-forward MM , the 2.2p was a false price brought about by the rights issue. The price nearly always always drops to that for obvious reasons. If the previous price was higher, selling and re-buying at the lower price is logical.

In the UK, the close date for getting funded has passed so as usual the sp will rise towards the original price or even higher!
Some guys will not have had enough cleared funds to get what they expected (I have tried to warn people about that on here) and will be offered far less than the 1/6th they expected or maybe even none!

If they have the cash available in thier banks for the expected number (most will) they'll be trying to get as many as they can before the price rises too high.

This is phase 1!

Phase 2 will involve those who get refunds for fewer excess shares than they paid for!

It was all there in the coffee grains - I don't drink tea!

Phase 3 will be when the the price rises above 8c (4.4p or thereabouts) and we try to grab our options.
I guess there may be an excess offer then if people decline in writing, but it is a little unclear!
More likely the excess will only be available after the 2 year period lapses? Tricky one!

Could be closing at 2.2001 with a run of sells since 2.41p high for less than an hour.

Predictictive text seems biased towards words already used ..... so rat raise instead of rat race etc..

IG London have taken money already for their last minute agreement! Last in first out!
IG Aus are not due until the 10th.

Jarvis have also taken my money already on both my accounts- so now the waiting game starts to see how many I actually get. Roll on the decision of when to take my option shares , 8c on ASX will not take too long to look cheap I hope?

Simple maths buy soon in the 2p+ vicinity with yor refunds so if the option shares at 8c (around 4.4p maybe) are attractive, you have a double bagger to sell to fund them for animmediate profit - irrespective of rumours from a MM ramp. Simples!

The 4.3c sp came from 100% sells - someone doing what I did a while ago @ 5.6c - raising the cash for the open offer on the 10th at noon.

No premium - just commonsense at a lower price!

It is simple economics MM - if you cannot affod to plough new money into an offer - make it self financing!
It's what TG would recommend no doubt - today is the last day to raise the money this way and I fully expect the sp to get back to the prices pre the offer announcement that dragged us downto 2.2p and 4c i.e over 3p and over 5c !!!!!!

No mystic ramp , just the normal movement after a placing.
And when we get refunds from our failed excess attempts, that will fuel a further rise as we raise to get that money in in a rat race. I said all this weeks ago .... it is just the way it works!

I am hoping progress is being made at Lesedi on the deawatering and an imminent price rise will arise from actual progress.
Followed by funding from BDC but that is not a ramp , it is my personal hope and expectation which I have always had in TG's leadership!

It looks like BPC is indeed still in business, but corruption might be out of the window from now on.

The link was indirectly from Donk - I used his post to find the original - and if Donk is right, Namibia imports coal from Botswana to produce electricity.

The pro green energy brigade, including the Bots Govt of course , will want the Namibia connection to be as short term as possible which bodes fantastically well for TLOU if BPC start operating in the country's interests instead of lining their own pockets. I see a level playing field developing around Lesedi. Surely the pressure on BDC to gets us rolling is immense now?

Diesel tankers are having difficulties to deliver liquid through nozzles untouched by humans, surely very simple equipment to disinfect? Nozzles and valves on the lorries, valves at the plant? Gloves for the delivery tubes?

Compare that to solar panels , thousands of them , each having to be man-handled to fit them, supposing that they will arrive on palettes which fork lift trucks can can lift off the lorries and put into the reception area. If those lorries are allowed in?

I saw problems from MM's post yesterday! CBM is the solution in my book , untouched by human hand as long the water dries up soon!

DTE, it only matters when MM claims it is a sign that Aussies are paying a premium over UK's prices so they may have insider knowledge of great things to come. i.e. ramping the pants out of nothing?

GG has very big hands and very tight pockets.
Dont forget they all accepted a 50% pay cut .... and said they'd not be claiming that lost pay retrospectively.
They kept us alive and kicking on ASX until Sept, and this placing will hopefully extend that date considerably.

I did not comprehend you point about timings. I'd hope that once BDC , most likely , offer us a deal, that the price will rise significantly. I guess that is the main finance package you referennce. So their $750k will get them lots more shares now?
At a higher price they get fewer but the number of shares in issue will be smaller!

I'm hoping there will not be a further placing at that time and the repayments 2 years hence will be for debt and we'll have an income from CBM and/or solar to help pay it.

Looking good on IG LSE they have confirmed my entitle is about 6000 more than I calculated so have had to fund them @ 2.2p
They have confirmed 15000 excess too, so had the fund those as well. I'm aslikng for 45000 excess on IG and they were filed before noon.

Fortunately my X-O shares have been painless, oneletter in post offered agreed entitles on my nominee and ISA accounts. They accepted my pre-emptive email as written confirmation which crossed in the post. Simples!

I'll shut up about IG now, you'll be pleassed to hear.
I hope someone on this board benefitted from my IG experience if they had similar problems.
And their final email proves they can apply for excess shares - that looked dubious until now.

4.3c is only better than 2.2p because the £ is weak against the dollar.

You dont have to go back far to see sub 2.2p for 4.3c - don't be taken in.
The Aussies are insisting on 4.3c but it is not a premium price to them , just a simple 4.3c

LSE Ig have extended their deadline to 3pm today - I am now MM - Master Manipulator

The penny has dropped on his words "LSE line" - London are looking at my portfolio and seeing the ASX entitlement! They think it is theirs? I guess announcing the options in dollars, with no sterling equivalent, has added to the confusion?
I'm being kind I think.

They close the offer tomorrow and have done nothing yet!!!!!!

I attach a history of emails between you, me, london office and Primary Bid - it took me ages to prepare using notepad and word jointly after I gave up trying to use GMAIL reply.

I have no confidence in getting any excess shares from London, so can you please raise my ASX request to 30,000.
