A bit of a mad morning - Fiona Fullerton in a film on Film-4 and my Freeview Box signal (ordinary aerial) was playing up, usually the sun! Switched to my FreeSat Humax box (Sky dish) and it came up Hard Disk cannot be read - formatting!

Lost all my recordings Poldark, Normal People and loads of sport. Boo!

And Fiona Fullerton appeared after Sylvia Sims had? She was about 12 similar to Mark Lester :O)
Film is set on Dartmoor , my late wife' favourite spot - she used to be able to see Hay Tor from her bedroom window and we often use to climb up there in all weathers. M-I-L ashes are scattered nearby and I was going to scatter my wife's there too but the kids said it was too remote. She is still in the dining room.

Workers then go home to darkness on all the longest nights ....

That is surely why Solar is not the only power source in sunny climates?
Overnight backups from sources that can provide power 24/7 must make Solar an extravagance?

Batteries are a second way to source a backup , equally extravagant!

I did warn you brokers are strict on placings.
From my earlier post, IG do not seem to be brokers. They describe themselves as Share dealers!
Twice they have made it sound like they use a stock-broker in emails.
Now it makes sense! The stock broker is not passing TLOU missives on to them , and TLOU are not dealing with IG London. They must be a fully fledged broker on ASX , or maybe their ASX broker is on the ball down under?

I asked the question about warrants recently but nobody cared to share their knowledge if it existed?
TLOU won't be paying brokers left , right and centre for the next 2 years to issue the options - I think that is a certainty.

From the booklet, you could opine that we'll have to contact the respective registrars for our shares platform (UK,Oz or Botswana) and request multiples of 10k+ options (as required, no need to take them all in one go).
I believe there is no charge by the registrars - you just have to cough up 8c or the equivalent for each share required. Once your options total is less than 10k I think you have to take them all or nothing , and once 2 years pass unclaimed the shares cease to exist!

I emailed "corporate actions" at IG, London on Monday and requested they review my shares from the placement (valued at 0 , status 'phone to trade' on my portfolio). No reply!
Yesterday , I copied that email to general enquiries.
This morning they were merged with my existing holdings. Sorted.

Just received this ..... good job I did not want to sell at 2.25p upwards eh?
I'm happy now, but you'll remember the London office were a pain when I applied for my entitlement plus some excess shares?

I hold more TOU/ASX shares in the same account - maybe they were confusing my AIM application with my ASX application? ASX office (in Oz) were very prompt and efficient .

And , surprisingly , no trades last night so the improved price of 4c stands from yesterday.

We have to complete the initial dewatering for Lesedi and the other two sites to make them productive.
Estimates were presumably based on how long that took at Selemo and clearly there is more of a challenge at Lesedi. It is well documented that the first dewatering can take a couple of years but subsequent pods will benefit from it (if they aren't too far away from the original pods).

We should remember that more water generally leads to higher gas flows , thanks for raising that issue, it might cheer up Swinger a bit.

#5 never gets a mention from TLOU - you'd think that completing that one would be a priority once #4 and #3 are dewatering at the maximum rate we can risk. Remember the pumps are not at full speed. At full speed there is a strong risk of blocking the drainage/gas flow channels with coal finings being washed out/produced in larger volumes.

The temptation to throw caution to the wind and boost the pumping process must be great - but having the strength to resist that temptation is what sets TG apart from the average joe!

I guess they don't have any of your hard-earned, but a few of us have just participated in the raising of $3M (aud) and you are concentrating on the future 10Mw whilst the interim PPA for 2Mw is the de-risking element referenced in the report.
Funds for that were tantalising close , but are now just tantalising it seems!

I'll concede (for the first time) that the outlook is not as rosy as I'd like. Dates are far from definitive and to be months away from being in a position to create a short-list of bidders to erect the poles and wires is extremely disappointing! I expected that to be ready and waiting by now.

Are we going to get an interview with Andrew Scott? I'm not holding my breath.
It looks like the 2 year options won't happen - 8c could be over the horizon for longer than 2 years.

(b) 1 option for each pair of ordinary shares issued
(c) 31,548,438 option shares?
(d) the Company has issued 51,548,411 unlisted share options exercisable at any time at A$0.08 per share up until expiry on 20 July 2022?????? 20M less 27 shares ?? A typo?
(e) a further 11,921,978 shares will be issued under the offer subject to approval at a general meeting of the Company. So 5,960,989 options on top? Almost 18M

What have I missed?

With less than an hour to go ASX look likely to close at 4c , up from 3.8c.
4 buys at 3.9 and 4c totalling about 200k shares , though 129k were at the mid-point of the spread, and on ADVFN are classed as unknown buy or sell. Accompanied by a certain buy at the same time, it looks like 3.9c was mopped up with a few more at 4c

Jimmy McGovern's "Anthony Walker" on BBC will put TLOU in perspective if you haven't watched it , or if you have I guess?

My ASX shares were added to my holding ages ago and are fully tradeable.

My LSE shares are still coming up separately in my portfolio as value zero and tagged "phoned us to trade" - IG London screwed up the placement instructions/actions until I asked IG Australia to intervene - and it looks like post placement they are doing it again?

Can anyone confirm their new placement shares on AIM are now fully tradeable please.
My X-O accounts have merged my AIM shares as expected so, once again , IG London look to be the exception!

Should have said that early in the race Marquez took that same corner too wide and went out into gravel trap for maybe 100 yards and miraculously kep the bike upright. He went from first to last but one (his brother was last).

With 3 or 4 laps to go that crash was just after he moved into 2nd and the bike in front was leading!

So pleased he is OK they had him in a neck brace and we did not know if it was arm , shoulder (which dislocates often and he puts it back in himself) , and or neck - he couldn't take his helmet off!

GOAT , greatest of all time , should be transferred to Marc Marquez. He caught Rossi in about 4th or 5th and expected a ding dong - from memory Marc passed him at the first corner - watch it if you can - I'd have posted it last weekend if I knew the outcome. I was fearful his riding days were over .... what a guy!

World champion Marc Marquez has been declared for this weekend's Andalucia MotoGP - just two days after having surgery on a broken arm.

The 27-year-old Honda rider fractured his right humerus in a crash at Sunday's MotoGP in Jerez.

He had surgery in Barcelona on Tuesday and passed a medical test after arriving back in Jerez on Thursday.

Fellow Spaniard Alex Rins (Team Suzuki Ecstar) and Britain's Cal Crutchlow have also been ruled fit to race.

Crutchlow, 34, also had surgery on Tuesday on a fractured scaphoid in his right wrist.

The LCR Honda rider, the only Briton competing full-time in the sport, missed Sunday's race after crashing in the warm-up, having qualified sixth.

Progress with the vaccine looks more promising to me than the media reports.
People are questioning whether immunity lasts more than 56 days ....... given that the life of the virus is measured in hours , wtf?
Hit a population with the vaccine as simultaneously as possible, and 56 days is plenty of time for that 72 hour virus life to pass?

Have looked for confirmation 5 was then end, and blow me down, it originally ended with series 4 :O)

Expected Despatch of certificates for New Options 21 July 2020

So you have that right Whizzer. Nominee accounts will take a while at the brokers no doubt?

I see below we can deal in chunks of 10k+ shares so we can choose our own deal dates (rather than one single date for however many up to the maximum).

From section 11 of the booklet it looks like Options may not be handled by our brokers but by our registrars and shareholders direct?

(c) Exercise of New Options
(i) The New Options are exercisable at any time from the issue date prior to the expiry date.
(ii) The final date and time for exercise of the New Options is 5:00pm (AEST) on the date that is two
years from the date of issue (“Expiry Date”). If such date falls on a day that is not a Business Day,
the final date will be the next Business Day.
(iii) The exercise price per New Option is A$0.08 (8 cents).
(iv) Each New Option is exercisable by the option holder signing and delivering a notice of exercise of
the New Option together with the exercise price in full for each Share to be issued upon exercise
of each New Option to the Company’s relevant share registries. Unless an option holder is
exercising all of their New Options, New Options must be exercised in parcels of not less than
10,000 New Options.
(v) The Options cannot be exercised if, as a result of the exercise, the option holder or any of its
associates would breach the provisions of Chapter 6 (and specifically section 606) of the
Corporations Act.
(vi) Remittances must be made payable to ‘Tlou Energy Limited’ and cheques should be crossed ‘Not
Negotiable’.
(vii) All New Options will lapse on the earlier of the:-
a. receipt by the Company of notice from the Option holder that the Option holder has elected
to surrender the Option; and
b. the Expiry Date.
(viii) In the event of liquidation of the Company, all unexercised New Options will lapse.
(ix) New Options will not be transferable.
