RE: Potential value of TLOU?8 Mar 2021 11:36
swinger, there are half a billion shares currently.
If you are happy with 1.1billion dollar sell - you are saying you are happy to take $2 per share, £1.10 in English.
If that happens my sons will be millionaires .... what have they done to deserve that :O)
I have just realised that a reply to swinger limits the thread to the the first poster on the thread.
So that is why MM opens a new thread instead of replying to an existing thread ( 90% of the time!).
4billion would be £4.40 ....... but dilution could lower thos figures. We are so lucky that our CEO is set on keeping dilution to a minimum.
Donk, I know dilution is something that concerns you greatly.
It is obvious to me, but have you realised how clever TG has been with the options?
If they go ahead there will be dilution - if the price has not appreciated enough in those two years to attract takers, then TLOU will not not have lived up to his expectations BUT THERE WILL BE NO DILUTION! At that point, if it is the timing that is the problem, he can repeat the exercise.
I was once told I take my skills for granted, and then blow up my short-comings too much.
Have I just stated the obvious..... I wonder.
My advice came from a copper after I was awarded a commendation from the Chief Constable which I had not thought was a big deal. It is in police circles!
