Tlou were hell bent on going live in Q1 2026!!!

The delay has put them in jeopardy with ASX so they have had to postpone their plans, yet again, and step backwards again!!! The RPF fiasco and lockdowns caused the first postponements!!!

Once Kala enable us to get back to speed, we’ll see this partnership in full flow for the first time.

I wish you luck in getting your investments back as the sp reaches the break even price. And congratulations will be in order for the lucky new investors who give you back your original stakes. in bewilderment at your choice to sell.

If you follow the trading pattern there is nothing happening so the share price is virtually immaterial to 99.9% of us. I don't include myself in that , I am very pleased that someone is giving me his shares at an immaterial price! Watch 90 AUD become 900 AUD on my pension will be exciting!

The low price is no doubt stopping any sensible or non-desperate sells - I am fully aware that there are many who will sell if they can break even and get out of the best prospect in christendom imho! From day 1 back in March I have seen the

logic behind the partnership was 100% sound!

There is one company whose religion forbids them to charge interest on monies loaned to others. And another company with abundances of sunlight by day, huge area of land to create a data centre of any size on, and 40 years of CBM just waiting for somewhere to go!!!

i.e. Everything Kala wants and needs and it won't cost them a penny that they have not budgetted for. And TLOU's funding issues disappear! It does not matter how large the debt and repayments are - there is no interest to find and Kala appear to be finding the repayments from TLOU's share of Kala profits. TLOU will get 12.5% of those profits (i.e. 25% of 50% profit is 12.5%) instead of worrying about the accruing interest! It is nothing short of magic for both partners.

No wonder Kala pursued TLOU for 6 years (they appeared during Covid with the intention of being a Crypto miner usinf the flared gas - a no brainer for TG in the circumstances? Locked in Australia and closing down Lesedi as far a possible to stretch our funds). Then the lockdown eased and we returned to the original plan!

Synergen Met booted out , and talks stalled on Crypto!!

It was a troublesome time for TLOU and the directors - and must have taken a toll on their strength. But now DOC is chairman , fully conversant with facts that we do not know, and he is still in the game! What more does anyone need to see to see this is going big time! AI and Solar and CBM power are going to be achieved and all it needs is for Kala to be serious about their aims. And imho they are going as fast as possible without taking stupid risks! A quality they must admire in TG.

Slowly slowly catch a monkey has kept us in play. We are ready for the fast bowlers now that the gas has somewhere to go - Kala already - TX lines coming soon. Why does nobody see this and want to agree?

Gas is coming , and always was , don't criticise TLOU for checking out the latest techniques to dewater a virgin site - money well spent if we can find the most efficient way!!

Modern web sites drive me mad. They do not prioritise the data or time at all. Often , the date, if presented at all, omits the year and search engines are not particular about the date either. Probably a chicken and egg effect?

Take the recent MFM link for instance. Was it a new post or was it the Tlou announcement from February 19th rehashed as latest news? The video is dated March 13th 2026 but the text

I'm satisfied that X issued a new post because "Data centre now running" looks fresh but TLOU do not announce anything yet from yesterday?

Is Colm drafting that announcement to include "Data centre now running" and extending the notice to say that Tlou is requesting interest free loans from Kala to complete the TX lines and generate CBM electricity from #6 plus other sources of electricity such as Tlou's Solar 5MW, new well(s), resurrection of stagnating wells?

Better still, would be news that Kala have offered those loans without being prompted.

TB have you been trying to gather news from the Tlou offices? Their silence is deafening!

1. They dewatered Selemo within a few months of taking over, put in horizontal wells, and showed there was gas to bottle and distribute on lorries.

Delay 1. An RFI was demanded from potential suppliers , who were limited to being Botswana based companies with a history of supplying CBM to Botswana.

Conclusion 1. After a couple of years , Kalahari Energy backed out, nominated Seka in their place, and Tlou changed their plans entirely.

Result 1. Seka were awarded over 90MW of a PPA for 100MW in total, and Tlou got up to 3MW!! Seka were sticking with liquified gas in cylinders so I assume they were aiming to supply enough gas to generate 90+MW with dual fuel generators being swapped from diesel to gas.

Tlou however, axed that idea, and adopted plan 2. The Govt never backed Tlou financially for plan 1 which was now dead as the dodo.

2. Tlou changed tack and decided to generate CBM powered electricity themselves. They embarked on a set of poles and wire stretching from Lesedi to Serowe and the National Grid.

Delay 2. Covid and lockdowns and difficulties in finding funds to complete the TX lines and dewatering of Lesedi wells #3 and #4. Over several years #3 was shut off, leaving #4 to supply gas flows. Tlou planned a placing with options linked to placement shares at a bargain price for up to 2 years.

Conclusion 2. Tlou stagnated for up to 4 years when lockdowns were eased and a Covid vaccine(s) was developed. In that time the shareprice had dropped below the option price and the placing failed to produce much more than was underwritten by the Pension Fund and Dr. Ian Campbell.

Tlou raised another tranche of pledges from UK sophisticated shareholders without options but discounted below the option price anyway.

Result 2 Directors took pay cuts , shareholders weathered loss of jobs and other financial hardship which ruled out further placings.

Tlou did however add a new well #6 and it outperformed #4 within a short time, though neither were fullt dewatered. Techniques discovered during #6 excavations were applied to #4 and we started to resume where we left off in 2019/2020.

The Govt still not help Tlou though our PPA was raised from 3MW to 10MW as if this was a good news?

When Plan 2 was going to be profitable was subject to funding and whengas flows improved.

Plan 2 was reviewed when Lala Data, askedTlou to prove that CBM gas could provide sustained gas flows on a 24/7 basis.

In Feb 2025 , Tlou provided that proof to Kala's satisfaction. And in March a partnership between the two companies was born.

In return for FREE CBM , CBM powered electricity , and Solar Energy ,Kala offered interest free funding to help Tlou accelerate provision of power for both Kala and the PPA. Repayment of the capital sums were to be collected from Tlou's 50% share of Kala profits. Not all 50% , 37.5% would be withheld , and 12.5% would be paid to Tlou in cash. Tlou were tied into giving Kala all the power they required

No opinions on the Data Centre?

I responded in here rather than HC , because HC suppress posts started by IGNORED (their filter) posters which I have replied to. I spend too much time looking for things generally so I don't use Ignore but I don't want arguments that go nowhere. Bots remains filtered here hence the choice of subject line!

What stands out from AI , is that they put Kala's statement about the returns fro their Dta acentre into a context that , tbh, was confusing me!

It read that they were selling power to customers, and that made no sense! Tlou will sell power of course in he PPA and maybe elsewhere (gas to Orapa maybe) but not Kala!

From AI is is clear that Kala will charge their customers for the power that Kala use at Lesedi and anywhere else e.g. UAE !

That may be to cool the super computers , or to get them hot from usage , plus the results and associated costs of networking the results back to the customers.

It seems possible that this is where I disagree with most of you!

I was always certain Kala were not planning to export raw energy but some of you thought they were!!!

I made sense f that initially , until the agreement specifically stated that TLOU would exclusuvely generate energy for sale and to supply Kala, and Kala would use in in their Data Centre!

Two independent businesses sharing Kala profits from FREE POWER supplied by TLOU. i.e. Solar and CBM electricity!!!

24/7 customer support is another earner from Kala , and training etc etc...

It also exploains why Kala will not expect TLOU t supply them with extra FREE POWER , if TLOU can earn more from it via the PPA.

All that was crystal clear but now it is all in context whereas before I was not sure of how Kala were going to operate.

If Satellites are needed for the results and demands to come and go to customers - then the customers will pay for that too!

Donkey gas asked for a simple explanation of how Kala and other data centre managements teams make their money (over on C).

From the explanation below , there seems to be (under co-location) an inference that Customers will pay to have their own modules created and operated by their Data Centres thus keeping the operating costs remote from their offices. This was not what I expected , I thought Kala would create generic modules which ould be hired out to customers on a first come first served basis. And they'd have as many of each module as they considered necessary to keep queues to a minimum.

Clearly having you own dedicated modules will be more expensive but if it is top of the class then the competive edge over rivals may make it cost effective. And maybe duplicated spares will be made available to rivals at a price!!!

You'd think both dedicated and rented units will be available. And the rental market will be the majority of smaller companies who would not want

to own kit that may not be needed very often. AI seems to consider Cloud Services as the rental idea.
