The fact is that Kala are live as a Data Centre using CBM , and when there is more gas they can plan to use it with confidence.

Tlou, due to lack of funds and an inability to deliver the product if they had more gas, have enough gas to keep Kala happy. And BPC, faced with a supplier whose funds looked in peril, were happy for Tlou to postpone delivering the first PPA of 2 or 3 MW until they have enough gas to provide it as a stable source.

All 3 know full well that the current situation is unacceptable to any of the bodies.

I suspect that BPC were privy to the partnerships plans to bring forward plans for Solar energy.

1MW for Kala to expand the Data Centre , 5MW for TLOU to prove the TX lines and start delivering power on a part time basis , unless they go for capturing CBM during daytime hours for use at night?

Those strokes of genius gives TLOU two incomes with which to go full tilt at CBM extraction alongside interest free funding (which is being reduced by profits from the Data Centre). BPC will see security compared to what went before. SOLAR ENERGY IS THE NEW GOAL, BOTS - ANY FOOL CAN SEE THAT - and my hope is that the 1MW and 5MW process will keep everyone happy until CBM comes online at full production levels.

CBM production will eventually allow TLOU to fund extensions of both Solar and CBM itself.

This is reality - as long as Kala honour their agreement - and why won't they? It is all in their interest and further interest free loans will cease to be so vital. But ,even if they continue, the extra debt will be repaid over time by Kala's increased profits. And after your sojourn into tax issues, that extra debt may count against tax on profits?

Nearly everything he says still applies today. The Serowe TX line is complete and there is some work to be done , maybe at both ends now the partnership has individual demands on gas/electricity, and connections are required to use Solar power. Thank you for your post PY , almost 15 years is a good age for a labradoodle. I'm wondering if she suffered the after affects of anaesthetic or the operation itself from last month. Poppy died today at 2:15 pm after a very short episode of paralysis or ability to support her weight. On wednesday she was running around with other dogs looking fit as a fiddle. Yesterday I took her to the vet because all 4 legs looked dodgy. The vet said she had a tender area on her spine affecting the rear right leg , and a tender left fore shoulder which meant pain front and back and left and right so there was no comfortable standing positions.

Just got broadband back after some sort of outage. Hot off the presses on Copper was Donkey , king of the drones, droning on about what did or did not happen in Botswana when Tlou were going to supply gas cylinders to power stations, self fund the more ambitious power station approach which we all know was taking forever and a day with apathy from potential investors who were sick of the Govt delays on the calor gas business, and even less supportive on getting power to Serowe from Lesedi. They could be excused for the latter because of Covid and lockdowns and their own lack of funds during a pandemic that affected economies worldwide for over 4 years if it is not still going on some 7 years on.

Tlou 2026 are fully funded , with two markets at least to supply. The old Tlou plans were axed over a year ago in favour of Data Centres running on gas and/or electricity , and the Grid receiving up to 25MW. Solar power will be used on both much earlier than planned, i.e. 2026 onwards. The gas is inadequate because demand for gas that is 100km from where it needed is of no use until it can be delivered. And CBM powered electricity needs adequate amounts gas for generators which are yet to be provided/delivered.

2026 is going to be an amazing year once everything is in place. The drone is trying to throw water on the fire by ignoring the new partnership's current plans. Living in the past , Donkey still believes Seka are going to produce 93MW after a history of failure. Kala and Tlou are about to change a success story at a minor level up sseveral levels. The Data Centre will expand , the funds will be raised to complete the few percent left on TX distribution, the 2Mw PPA will be provided by Solar energy , the profits will start rolling in from Kala and BPC, the gas flows will keep improving exponentially until they are fully dewatered and Donkey will be able to wash the embarrassment from his snout with that water. TG's hat-trick is coming as such as gas is gas!

Mot fine @ £45. I waited for it on the premises and thet seemed to be revving cars up all the time!!! I mentioned it to the receptionist and a mechanic teplied that they have to have a hot engine for the emissions test 80 degrees.

My garage is only a few minutes drive from my home so it would not have been anywhere near hot. Worth knowing that it is best to arrive with a hot engine to save them wasting diesel @ £1.89 per litre.

As for Tlou they got off to a flying start back in December 2025. TX line almost complete. #4 assigned to Kala who are now running a Data Centre. #6 available for Kala or BPC . Solar firmly in the plans. First quarter over. 2nd quarter starting and will reveal how strong the partnership is.

His Holy Grail about Sapp was never serious from TG. TG was miffed at how little backing he was getting from Govt and realised BPC were monopolising the market as things stood. As the only game in town, they could offer any low price for our electricity and what do Tlou do? Take it or leave it?

So they were desperate to have an alternative threat - and they kept Sekaname in the race and threw away a couple of years in the RFP stage to achieve it.

Tlou retaliated with Sapp as a rival customer. I have never been sure if that is a genuine option and only Bots denied the possibility. The grid and Sapp are joined physically so the intention is possible. But I don't understand how it works at all. The energy in or out of the connections can be measured and the prices can be shared out proportionally to credit and debit suppliers/takers. But directing energy to a specific place is impossible beyond turning the supply on or off at critical times?

Raising and lowering voltage seems more logical but I find it mind blowing tbh.

When we change suppliers in the UK our usage must change the debit/credit figures on the old and new suppliers I suppose? Time for the car MOT this early?

If Tlou were going to fail, then exhausting all their funds to increase gas flows was the easiest way.

Imagine having enough gas to power 25MW of electricity but not being able to afford either generators or the completion of the distribution lines to Serowe?

That would not lead to failure , imho, existing shareholders or new investors would be fighting to invest in Tlou. But now the calculus moves in! Start reducing that 25 Mw towards zero and you eventually come up with a figure that will match the disinterest shown currently by old and new investors today.

My firm belief is tht Tlou will be profitable at any of the delta x values! We have trillions of cubic feet of CBM and I findit impossible to believe we cannot get to it with the right funding,

Repeat the calculus idea with Kala offering loans of $200M and shares will fly.

But how low can that figure drop to and maintain investment? If Kala are serious about this, and I think they are deadly serious, then they'll produce that figure! Less than $5m or $10m or $20m maybe all in the ball park. I dunno, but there is a solution and that solution will determine how long this project takes to succeed.

Tlou want to extend Kala plans for Solar power in order to kickstart the first PPA agreement of 2 or 3MW and complete the connection to the grid; less than 10% left to do. Funding needed for panels and that ?% , plus work on drilling and pumping holes (which is 3rd priority after Solar is fulfills all requirements except 24/7 coverage).

Both Kala and the PPA want 24/7 supplies - CBM power beats gas storage facilities or batteries hands down - so I expect Kala to fund all 3 activities simultaneously within a couple of months or less. Non-starter without TX lines in place, the rails that are missing for HS2 equivalent?

It seems our troll has moved on from Moagi being the news headline to Govt finances - absolutely anything that has little or no repercussions upon the partnership will do? Next he'll be telling us Sekaname are in line for funding for their huge 6MW pipedream 🚬🚬🚬🚬🚬 🚬 . Wrong sort of pipe, Donkey reckoned they liquidated all their drilling equipment by selling it all to Botala, lock,stock and barrels earmarked for delivering pressurised/liquified gas, an idea that TG abandoned after the RPF fiasco. We have moved on from there. Our pipeline replaced by TX lines, which nobody seems to give Tlou credit for, but they provide the means of using fibre optics across the lightning conductors on the top of the poles. 100km of poles.

We may never need more than 25MW lines if the Data Centre is more profitable that PPAs.

In that case Lesedi would become a self contained unit. And eventually Mambo could have a gas pipeline to Orapa , and Boomslang will house another AI provider? I hope there is life after death so we'll see it unfold.

Shows that 3 of 4 directors t Auraya Systems own all the shares between then. So Doc might own 50% and t'other two 25%.

I think it is crazy because they could be Trump, an Ayatollah , and Putin who would not be 100% collectively.

Why not state their precise holding. Elsewhere I saw Doc was the principal shareholder so 75% suggests ONE AT LEAST OWNS 25% , and all 3 total 100% .

If anybody wonders why Doc is the new chairman , and TG resigned , just look at what Auraya specialise in!

I now wonder if Kala were pursuing Tlou , or vice versa.

Look under verticals and you can see a few recognisable fields named there.

Doc could well be the asset (with Auraya backing through Allen) that Kala value on top of the land,gas, CBM expertise etc etc but did Doc see this future years ago and decide we'd be an ideal partner for AI?

Looking at this, I reckon he was brought in by the Doc to consider the partnership agreement.

And it went ahead which suggests he approved of it - and who would not? 99.9% of the shareholders it seems 😜

He may have overseen the negotiations with our exit from the London Stock Exchange and resigned after they were complete. Any wild guess there but it is probably near the truth. If I am right , we may have left L.S.E. to make the partnership agreement more straightforward? So Kala would have spelled out their planned merger before TLOU even started the trials.

The resignations may have signalled "mission accomplished" as I half expected from one of them.

I was looking at the resignation RNS for Allan Clive Sullivan from Jan 1st , and realised I did not know what he was doing for TLOU , and I have not looked that up even now.

A quick google revealed , not just than he is a month younger than me, so he need not justify his resignation imho, but that he and the Doc share an association with a company called Auraya, to which the following applies.
