When the boomers generation have finally passed on there won`t be a shortage of housing. Brexit will not help either as there will be less emigration to sunnier European climates by the retired.

The Cascabel deposit, owned by SolGold and Cornerstone and located in the north of Ecuador, appears in ninth place in the ranking of the ten largest undeveloped gold deposits in the world that this year has been prepared by Mining.com magazine and its sister company MiningIntelligence.
Topping the list is the Pebble mine, located in the Bristol Bay region of southwestern Alaska, containing nearly 71 million ounces of gold. Cascabel has an estimated 21.5 million ounces of the gold metal.
