Why would you want to give up most of the regionals for 6% of your stock back (£18m at current rates)?

SOLG would be left with half of DGR, the stock of which is just as illiquid if not more so than SOLG.

On top of that you expect DGR to raise enough to pay down their existing debt and then fund some decent exploration. That's probably £20m+. Hardly moderate.

I really can't say I'm surprised about the SR and the lack of monetisation to date. If you remember back to discussions around the time of the merger I was very vocal about what the CGP folks had engineered and the credentials of Bob Sangha. I was constantly shut down by Fort, Add, Red and others.

I have no doubts that Porvenir is viable. I just think it's a level below the class and scale that the majors are looking for right here and now.

I haven't looked how far away it is from Fuerta Del Norte but IMO that's where I think Porvenir sits. It's an ideal play for a company with infrastructure within a workable distance. If that isn't Lundin then it may be a case of sitting tight and seeing what else is discovered in the general area.

There was no real return for the placees at 9p in March and that was always going to be problematic for the company the next time funds were needed. If it isn't yet then it will be a problem when that time comes.

I don't think B is that major as things go. Porvenir needs to get past a public consultation before it joins the development road so what would a suitor pay right now? $50/oz? Maybe $75/oz if all passes at provincial level?

The rest of the licences just aren't at the stage to command a large up front cash consideration and they won't get there without exploration and discoveries. As others have said, we need to be working to progress this. The regionals were always the additional strings for our bow.

It's just a case of waiting for our position in this M&A chain. Not quite our turn yet.

Push Cascabel on to phases 2 and then 3, see Noboa re-elected and hopefully once those things happen we'll be well on our way.

We're at the stage now, for reasons we're all aware of, that these big ticket works need to be happening yesterday. We need to be told works are complete and not being prepared for.

Rationalising the company head count was always going to be problematic. I'm on record as saying that time would be wasted by having to re-hire workers we have let go in the event that we became mine builders. We're not quite st that stage yet and we can already get a feel for certain expertise being needed again.

It's one to reassess Q1 25. All that really matters is we get the next tranche of funding through and on our way towards permitting completed.

They took £10m off investors barely 6 months ago and in that time we've had a new lab, three tie ups we've heard nothing further on, the test for dogs and the NCI trial.

It's time for this company to cut its cloth accordingly because investors in the 9p raise didn't have much of a chance to make some money.

The market seemingly doesn't value companies that agree a transaction either.
