The term "verifications" is the ONLY thing that gives me any inference that ANGS 'might' be referring to FORMAL SIGN-OFF by Regulatory Authorities..... but its not clear enough and so a little worrying.

It could simply be referring to 'INTERNAL' verification processes.... would be nice of GL if he could confirm what 'verificatios' means?

TYGRA: Unfortunately, I have to concure that my 'hope' of some form of half-decent RNS was neveer going to happen.

My biggest concern is that the Saltfleetby Rig is NOT that complicated - trust me.

I commented some days back about the fact that Integration and System testing should not be that difficult. Yet ANGS has been unable to progress anywhere near as far as I would expect to be reasonably possible.

The concern here is now to queation who is performing this testing????

The other matteer is that AGNS has to do all these checks but there is no mention of gaining "Formal Sign-OFF" from relevant regulatory authorities. ANGS can test the full system etc but they still need to get Formal Complaince and Sign-Off.... no mention of any of that???

NOTE: GL mentioned that part of the £6mill raise was to cover "Regulatory items..." so why no mention of this in the RNS?

HITS: Agreed. AGNS is now utilising the £6Mil which was bound to happen.

Paul Forrest is ONLY on the BOD because he sold out to ANGS. His appointment would have bene part of the deal.

he would not only have taken a chunk of real cash but arranged for Share Ownership in ANGS as an addititonal Bonus.

he has nothing to do with running a Side Track, Driling etc.

He has always been an "Accountant" so knows that getting himself on numerous BODs not only generates income but bonuses, share allocation etc.

He's on a Win-Win system, whereby all Directors of these companies fill their pockets at the Market' expense.

I have NO DOUBT whatsoever that his position will be that he has aready made a nice earning from the sale, he will be on the BOD getting a salary and any bonuses. If ANGS fails he will only lose any future bonuses etc.

You lot need to get a brain and realise that it's just a game to these people.

Try doing some due diligence and look up Paul Forrest on Companies HOuse website. See how many of those firms mentioned in the RNS are still active etc.

I don't care if he's joind or not. I want to see Actual Revenue Generation.

And, once again, (as HITS et al have pointed out sooooo many times) you need to READ the text properly.

ANGS have only ADVISED.... they have not provided any 'COMMITMENT' to commence such work.

ANGS and GL are still in a position to blame Sidetrack Contracting Staff for any delays in starting etc. For example....

ANGS infirms Shareholders that the Sidetrack has not been initiated due to Outsourcing delays.... blah blah blah.

I can't wait to sell all on a spike, then it's back to more reliable shares.

The hiring of Paul Forrest would have been initiated some time ago and ANGS would likely be contractually obliged at this time to intiiate his contract, regardless of first gas.

the RNS is simply a 'diversion'. It actually gives George Lucan the ability to produce an RNS saying further delay.... but... Paul is 'obviously' on board now and hence it 'must' be obvious that First Gas is imminent.

But, again, the legal position is that they would have to proceed with the Director appointment(s) or hit legal contractual snags.

Let's wait and see not only 'when' first gas is 'PRODUCTIVELY' flowing but the long-term Flow-rates etc.

Any RNS saying they opened the valves and filled the system with First Gas is not "DELIVERY" and hence "NO REVENUE GENERATION".

I want an RNS that says what Revenue is being generated (based on stable flow rates) but also WHEN that Revenue will hit ANGS coffers.

I have to say that my big concern here is that GL will still be employed afteer today.

the fact is that he is incompetent. If the delays etc were due to outsourced firms etc then he is responsible for overall management of them and should have taken steps many, many months back to get in better people.

If its not the inability of outside firms but of internal workforce then once again GL is responsible. His sole job was to 'Manage' the company whicch he blatantly has shown as having no real control over.

My even bigger concern is that he releases a late RNS (either today or tomorrow) saying first gas 'started' (whatever that means).

And everyone will claim him a Saviour and all is forgiven. But it shouldn't.

He's made a mess of everything up to this point and I have no doubt he will utterly fail to delver on the Super Important Sidetrack.

So, in my view George Lucan needs to GO.... the sooner the better. And there needs ot be changes made to other staff/mangement etc beause they have either given wrong information, or are incapable of delivering against reasonable timescales.

If I was this consistently bad at both decalring Timescales/Milestones as wellas failing to meet any, I would not only be dismissed by my Clients but probably sued for Contractual failures too.

Yep. the MMs have been nudgong the BID price up by 0.00001 increments this morning. I suspect they are also trying to 'trigger' Limit Sell orders at the lowest price they can.

This is possibly to fill a big order OR to accumulate shares. It 'implies' the MMs know something that 'may' be positive', or simply that a BIG buyer is trying their luck.

But WE won't see the result of the MM 'background' shennanigans until later.

The biggeest threat we as humans now face regarding rising temperatures isn't fossile fuels etc..... it's METHANE.

The Siberian Penninsula in particular traps enormous quantities of Methane within the Permafrost layer. Large areas of seabed around the poles also trap Methane.

Methane is FAR more damaging regarding Greenhouse and upper layer effects, far exceeding that of CO2 etc.

As the temperature rises (which it is - regardless of us mere mortals), that Methane is beginning to be released. If it's release becomes too excessive THEN you can begin to worry.

Unfortunately, we don't have a way to really stop it. So the next 15-20 years will be the deciding factor as scientists across the world continue to monitor the Permafrost etc.

Possily too late and best humankind can do is...... Adapt!

It's NOT a question as to how much human kind can or is affecting Climate Change!

Climate Change ALWAYS occurs, no matter what!!!

Earth has gone through numerous Ice Ages and extreme elleviated temperatures. It just hasn't undergone a "Run-Away" event... whether that event is Greenhouse or Snowball event.

Is is 'postulated' that Earth underwent a Snowball event but was effectveily brought out of it because of Volcanic activity etc.

However, Earth undergoes Climate Change on a CYCLIC lifecycle.

The same happens on other Solar Planets. MARS is a classic example of a "run-away" effect.

But for any inteliigent, logical person, never mind a Scientist, to claim that "Climate Change" does not exist is preposterous.

The 'issue' is just how much humankind has any effect.

My view is simple. The planet has left an Ice Age and is undergoing Temperature increase. It is also undergoing Geomagnetic Flip changes as well as desalination of the Gulf Stream, which happens every 200-300 thousand years. Hence why they can detect the Magnetic "Zebra" strips on the Sea Floor where the continental plates are continuously separating and hence 'record' the Magnetic variations historically.

All these things have and will continue to occur.... regardless of us lowly, insignificant humans.

the big problem with Humans is that, as a species, we consume and destroy on a whim and don't have the wherewitall to gather together under a common goal to try to 'Improve' matters. (I use the word 'improve' because in my view Climate Change will still occur). We just need ot work out how 'BEST' to survive.

But, get a grip, Climate Change DOES happen. We are INSIGNIFICANT!!!!
