Just a thought and question....how did a broker know what the cash balance would be 20 months ahead of time?
Brokers have been very wrong before...both ways, and they couldn`t possibly know about the final details of the Azerion deal, or the AAA publisher partnership that far ahead of time...ie early 2021.

Its a guess, with a limited amount of facts at best.
Maybe they`ll issue an amendment alongside the FY Results announcement, and JD wants to wait for that hence why there`s a slight delay...compared to last year.

Bear in mind that we`ve already had the revenue results for FY21 in the Trading Update on 17th Dec, so no surprises to come regards last year.

So here`s what they said in that update almost 4 months ago...

FY21 Financial Update
The Board is pleased with the Company's progress, which has prioritised improving the quality of revenues and gross margin alongside strategic investments in key talent and operations. The Company has chosen not to pursue some low margin revenue opportunities and instead has invested in building the foundation for future high quality, higher margin growth areas. The Directors believe that this was the appropriate, long-term approach, as evidenced by the recent agreements with Azerion and one of the world's leading AAA gaming companies.



As a result, and subject to audit, the Board expects FY21 gross margins to have improved significantly, to in excess of 30% (FY20: 13%). As a result, gross and net profits are both expected to be broadly in line with market expectations. Due to delays in completing certain agreements and certain deferrals of ad campaigns, we anticipate revenues for FY21 to be below current market expectations. However, revenue for the year will be significantly higher than last year (FY20: £1.7m).

Year-end cash is expected to be in line with market expectations at approximately £7 million.

Its only the forward looking statement that the market is waiting for.

This is quite significant news, and am expecting a delayed reaction in the coming days and weeks once the news sinks in, or we get an interview with our new CEO.
Some good results would obviously help, but this guy has strong credentials and wont be missed by the market that Craig Browns successor is well proven in the gold mining market.

He will join ECR as a non-board CEO prior to assuming the role of executive director, subject to approval, in 6 months time.

So I read that as him becoming a non-board CEO now, then in 6 months, subject to approval, will assume the role of executive director.

Any long termers on here might also remember the substantial document released by a whistle blower some time during mid 2020.
It exposed a network of names and groups....with diagrams, engaged in a collective and orchestrated campaign to put Bidstack out of business.

At its hub was everybody`s most disrespected stock market commentator....Mr Thomas Winnishyte. He did not like it!!
If anyone is stupid enough to subscribe to his dribblings they could probably still find the references to this `event`, and the declaration of legal litigation that Mr TW was going to bring down on the author of this `lie`...as he claimed.

But of course there never was any legal action, not to my knowledge, which I`m sure would have been followed closely by stock market participants, not just those involved or invested in Bidstack.
I`m sure a character like him would have it all over the internet if he had pursued, and won, such a case....but no...nothing, he did nothing because he couldn`t defend the claims in the very detailed expose`.

I have very strong suspicions, with everything we know about helx`s posting history, that he played/plays the part of a small cog in this campaign to destroy Bidstack.
And its very good to know that they all failed in this quest, and that The Bidstack Group are very much alive and kicking in to the juiciest phases of their goal to becoming the `go to` in-game advertising platform on the planet!

Here`s the deal, for those not aware.
Helx has been a paid planted troll on this forum for a couple of years.
He is part of a campaign to destroy Bidstack by a group invested in other in-game advertising company`s, or company`s invested in other in-game ads companies...like Pires for example.
He hasn`t `predicted` the historic share price fall from its all time high, he`s been `instructed` to keep banging that drum by the people who pay him.
They have failed to destroy Bidstack, as the recent evidence of explosive and exponential growth of ads shows.
Also, the exponential rise in revenues, year on year, shows that Bids are the number 1 listed company in the space. NUMBER ONE!!!

Helx has made 4127 posts on LSE, all on Bids, always sarcastic one liners bashing James Draper firstly, and Bidstack in generally...never anything technical about the Bids development or offering, or in-game advertising in general.
Yet he claims to be a shareholder, this is his cover, you know the old chestnut ...`I`ve bought shares here but now I`m concerned`......that old gag!

He has never owned 1 share in Bidstack, he`s always just been a planted troll, a paid deramper put here by his paymasters and told what to say.
Thats why, when he gets his deramps catastrophically wrong, like he did in Dec a day before the 125% rise, he just goes missing for a couple of weeks!
Its not rocket science working out who and what he is.

He claims to have investments in something in the order of 60 odd other companies and funds.....but NEVER comments on any other discussion forums!!
If that isn`t the biggest clue that he`s a paid Bids bashing deramp troll I don`t know what is...most 6 year olds would have red flags flying if you told them all the facts about helx.

Bidstack are THE trailblazers of in-game advertising, they built the foundations and put the first building blocks in place ever since the advances in gaming technology evolved in to virtual lifelike graphics. Real world.

Others like Adverty have graphics like cartoons.

Maybe this is what helx and his cohorts are worried about!

This now seems to be pricing in a dud of a Result, (MM`s manipulation) when we already know they have stated in the trading update slightly less than expected revenues because of delayed deals.

This is the update in mid December, which included...
Due to the recently signed commercial agreements, Bidstack has secured a revenue stream of a guaranteed minimum of US$30 million advertising spend over two years, commencing 1 March 2022;

· Signed a multiple format advertising agreement covering the mobile portfolio of one of the world's leading AAA gaming companies; the arrangement includes exclusivity for one of the publisher's biggest sporting franchises;

· Brand count doubled year-on-year to 70 (FY20: 35);

· Publisher portfolio nearly tripled year-on-year to 58 (FY20: 20);

· Implemented 76 ad campaigns in FY21 (FY20: 44); and

· Structural improvement in gross margins, associated with scaling in-game advertising revenue.

Bidstack has made material progress in recent months resulting in significantly improved revenue visibility leading into FY22. In addition, the gross margin improvement noted above is expected to continue in the coming year. These developments should provide Bidstack with a meaningful step on the pathway to profitability.

Seems like timid investors are scared of their shadows because of well documented historic faux pas by the CEO in getting too excited too soon about the future.
Well that was two years ago, in to one year ago etc.

Now its game time.
The recent burst of ads being shown across social media, in global locations, with high end brands shows that this party has started.

With a good Results RNS, and more importantly, a strong forward looking statement, there will be a clamber for shares...as seen in the early days, and it will be a `hot cakes` scenario!
I understand cautious investing, but how many clues do some people need?
Why not just buy now, or at least start buying some now with a % of your intended investment.

It is quite obvious that its not a case of whether Bids will be valued much much higher than todays Mcap...its a case of when!

Exponential increases revenues over the last 3 years says it all...its only going to get bigger!

Thats about $33m or so, and shows how the market values the in-game advertising space.
Plenty of others want a piece of the pie, but only Bids are as well developed as the number 1 listed company, and placed on the front row of the grid to cash in on the coming bonanza.

The trouble with Zak Mir is that he just waits for a share to have a spurt, then issues a vague target using his line projections and moving average targets to fuel the excitement.
He never mentions any fundamental reasons, or technical opportunists taking advantage of a high % short term setup....like here.
He also doesn`t mention that the long term trend (here) is still falling, ie, the sp reaction to the 1 year chart right on the falling trend line causing sellers to cash in on this short term high % spike...without fundamental `definite` confirmation (of anything!) transformational news.

This isn`t the first time AVCT have done this `results with a webinar` trick which gets all the believers in to a frenzy, thinking that some game changing news is going to be announced on the day.

This move is traders taking a high % `pile-on` trade knowing that some shorts closing will help drive the move quickly.
This will now retrace as punters take thier gains off the table...down to 60p at least before results is my target...and I might take a risky punt back in.
