I just think ceo selling shares and not takinf part in subsequent placings is a red flag so too is the CFO quitting. Could be nothing in it but its a red flag.-Allbran
You are now probably the only person involved in the stock market who still looks back at J. Draper selling less than 4% of his massive 41 million holding as a current red flag.
This definintely points to your lack of ability in assessing the `current` form of Bids market level.
The CEO sold a meagre 4% of his holding..... in Oct 2019!!!
This one `red flag` point in your reasoning for not being optimistic, after two and a half years, says it all about your ability to pick promising stocks at bargain prices.
Two and a half years!!! Thats.....2 placings, 3 Trading updates, 2 FY Results, numerous partnerships, contracts, trading agreements, new appointments, ad campaigns, different ad formats and a $30m two year commercial deal with Azerion...later!
You`ve also dreampt up your own negative reason for the CFO leaving, adding...could be nothing but its a red flag! ......... Eh?
John McIntosh, outgoing CFO of Bidstack, said:
"I have enjoyed the past three years working alongside James and the Board on making a market at the intersection of ad-tech and gaming. I am proud of the evolution of the business as the market responds to the value proposition of providing a sustainable source of monetisation for publishers and a lucrative audience for premium brands to reach. I wish James and the team every success as they grow the portfolio, enter new markets and scale the business."
Now you`re trying to convince everyone that a placing is around the corner (just jumping on that old bandwagon) when you`re just guessing to suit your agenda. We know the monthly burn rate, roughly, and we know they had £7m in the bank just over 3 months ago....without current revenue.
You come across like another worryguts, flailing around looking for something to worry and be negative about, and we all know who worryguts#1 is.
I think you need more Allbran, to clear your thinking!
