I don`t care if they aren`t saying who the AAA publisher is, all I know is its big! And under a NDA.

I don`t care about a CFO leaving, specially when he wrote a very good statement about Bids saying he was optimistic about the future.

I don`t care if losses are in line with market expectations, slightly DOWN from 2020!!

I do care that revenues have been exponentially rising YonY for the last 3 years, which confirms that traction is in place, and validating the whole Bids platform by way of the biggest brands on the planet `testing` the effectiveness of in-game ads via Bids.....
· Brand count doubled year-on-year to 70 (FY20: 35);
· Publisher portfolio nearly tripled year-on-year to 58 (FY20: 20); and
· Global footprint almost doubled, active in over 30 markets (FY20: 17).

You seem to focus on irrelevant `red flags` which are just water under the bridge for a start up net new advertising company which has been in development over the last 3 years.
The advertising agencies and brands are being `educated` as to where the largest number of eyes will be going forward.

JD held 41,260,562 shares, and two and a half years ago, in Oct 2019, he sold 1,500,000 which left him with 39,760,562.
That represented 3.64% of his holding.

You need to go back to primary school maths if you think that represents a big number of his shares...and, it was two and a half years ago, and....he hasn`t sold any of his remaining 39,760,562 shares since!!

Thats a pretty strong commitment when you bear in mind that he would have known then that there was dilution coming.

Allbran, the difference here is that Bids are the trailblazers of a net new ad category, there was no blueprint for them to work off when they developed their in-game ads platform.
Also, as its target sector is so massive there is very good potential to become a unicorn, or be taken over by an established tech unicorn of today...like Microsoft for example.
Microsoft began its journey as a start up company!

Bids has a very attractive risk/reward valuation at this level...some can see over the horizon...others can`t see past the end of their noses!

Its quite a simple to understand question, maybe you can explain why you keep avoiding answering it. Here you go...for the umpteenth time...

Very telling with this fraud of a poster that when you/I remind him of his fantastic faux pas of predicting a big fall in the sp literally 24 hours before a 125% rise...he changes the subject!
