And that site has a current MCap of $20.83bn, where as the Market Watch site has a Mcap of $23.39bn.....both now....well, actually the $20.83 was before todays tanking...

What I do know is that Carnival has been rated by analysts now at $25, (well some of them anyway), so I will stick with my hopes of £20 for the end of March.........Well, actually I said previously, £17 to £20, but after their last results, I'm hoping closer to the £20 mark.

We closed at $18.29, it's currently $18.52 in after hours.

A 23c rise, or approx. 16p rise for the morning, assuming like for like.

Also, google price takes into account RI shares, and therefore re-adjusts the historic prices as well.

I obviously wasn't born in 2019, so don't remember the actual MCap at the time, but assume that somewhere in google land it would have told me those numbers.

Currently it's $23.39bn MCap as of today.

The reason is purely analyst sentiment, Royal has a Zacks rating of 1, which is strong buy.

CCL has a rating of 3, which is hold.

Despite the fact that Royal is small in size, has half the ships, and proportionally more debt, it's all about the "I like that company but I don't know about that one" logic......

Hindsight is a wonderful thing, but I looked at Royal when they were $20 and said no........If only I had said yes.!

Considering I only cruise with Royal, it's quite ironic really that I own CCL stock.!

I firmly believe that CCL will eventually come good.

And Royal is now over $90 a share.! mCap $23.83bn vs Carnivals $18.40bn.!

So a company that HALF the size of Carnival is STILL 30% bigger in SP.!

You really can't make this stuff up.

Royal was $34.02bn MCap.

DEBT Today...

Royal has $22bn in debt, Carnival has $32bn in debt....

Royal has $32.26bn in Assets vs Carnivals $51.7bn in Assets.

SP for Carnival should now be £24 like for like........

The US market was open today, and as predicted, it tanked down to $18.61.

That's. 61c drop, or 43.2p

Again, Royal went up...... and is now at $129 a share..... Which, with a Zacks rating of 1 vs CCL's rating of 3, and the fact that the analysts believe that CCL are two to three qtr's behind Royal in the recovery may explain how Royal is now holding up well.

It jumped all the way up to $19.73 before nosediving......

It closed at $18.94

That's a drop of 28c or 20p from our close.

It's incredible how Royal managed to not lose at all, and stayed we above water in the Green, but CCL was tanked.

Oh well, so unless a miracle happens Tuesday whilst we are still closed, we are going to tank Wednesday....

That is a huge 46c jump from our closing already......Hopefully we continue to go up......

Lets see where we are on Tuesday close US Time, ready for our first day back, which is Wednesday.

The US has 1/2 day trading today, plus Monday closed. They are open on Tuesday when the UK is closed, so we will see whether we are going to get a bounce, or a drop by Tuesday evening US time.

The reason why the FTSE100 is not performing is because the UK keeps selling our crown jewel companies to everyone else in the world, and we have companies like IAG that are so poorly managed that it's a joke.

Then there's the pound, Brexit, poor trade agreements etc. etc. etc. etc. etc.

We closed at $19.40 and the US is currently $19.20

That's a 20c drop, or 13.5p ish.

It's interesting because Royal has actually gone up since our close, and NCL have stayed steady, just CCL has dropped.!

I have no idea what my average is but lets just say I've made a fortune.

US currently dropped below where we closed.

Not forgetting that the UK Closes tomorrow before the US opens......

The good thing about that is that any massive negative swing tomorrow in the US has 5 days to digest before we re-open again, where as the US only has the weekend.

£15 end of year close would be awesome, but I'm hoping.!
