Looks like over the last couple of days all travel has been killed again, and to be fair, the GBP/USD exchange rate has now gone to $1.30, as when I left it was $1.29/£1, so every 1 cent movement is actually a 10p drop.

Am hoping the BOE makes an Interest rate announcement, which will send the dollar up and the pound down, that will give us a spike, especially if it moves to $1.20/£1, that would be a free £1 per share movement.

Yep, we have been hit with a 10p drop because of the GBP to USD exchange rate

It's gone from 1.28 to 1.29, that one cent difference is 10p on exchange rate.

So back from dentists...
