Just for the fun of it, I thought I would look at CCL for the one month prediction as well.
$19.11.!....that's nearly a $4 rise.... or approx. £2.75
https://coincodex.com/stock/CCL/price-prediction/
That's what the analysts are predicting.
Hopefully they match that loss, or make it slightly better than that.

$15.24 after hours
12c drop
9p
That's why I stay on the ship.!
It's lovely an quiet.!
When I was on Oasis two weeks ago, and we stopped at Royal's Cococay Island, that they built with two berths, there was Oasis, 6,900 guests, and Freedom, 5.600 guests, total 12,500 on the island.
Carnival having 4 x berths .........they'd better make that Island spectacular, and very very large.!
Bhants
£6, it's not a lot to ask for is it.!
That's only a £270,000 uplift
Now, normally, I would dismiss MF reports, but this one although nearly a year old is actually quite informative.

Well.
It's got to gain £6 in 5 weeks to meet my prediction.
That's only a 54.5% increase.
£17 on results day / end of March.
Well.
It was only a 13p drop, not 30p, but we've give up half of our up day yesterday at 25p.
Let's see if it holds, or we lose more.
All travel red still, so obviously the world is ending.
With every aspect of travel red, and the main markets red, It wouldn't surprise me if we took a 30p drop on the US opening.
Am I going to sell and try to trade......nope............
Been there, done that.......and lost......
Wait for the 30p slide from where we are, i.e. 45p down day.
It's now $15.23
13c drop
9 to 10p ish
.
Unfortunately I have tried three times over a year to "bank the drop", and the three times I did it, it went the opposite way.
It's a bit like looking at Rolls Royce results today and thinking, in November 2022 I had 671,000 RR shares.........if only I had kept them.! At one point, I held 1.3m of them......... it's now £3.50 a share......from the doom and gloom, the fact that they were on their knees in debt and scrambling to sell parts of the business to keep afloat to a 300% gain from Nov 2022....
COME ON CARNIVAL..............
It dropped 26.50p.
Every single day it happens, despite the US being bright Green, despite positive news everywhere.
It's now being pushed below 1100 again.
Amazing.!
Bhants.
Royal's ships are all about the add-ons, they nickel and dim you with the extras which although CCL has some, they don't have anywhere near the extras that Royal has, this is because of Royals Oasis class ships, and now Icon class.
Iona, which is by far the biggest P&O ship for example, is 184,000 tonnes.
The Oasis class is 225,000 to 228,000 tonnes..... The Icon class is 250,000 tonnes.
Royal has now created a niche with their 3 and 4 nights sailing on the Oasis class, ship them in, sell them loads of extras, ship them out, rinse and repeat. It is an exceptional business model on the worlds largest ships.
The carnival brand caters for younger generations with the party atmosphere but the rest of the CCL brands are not the same. Families want to spend money, and the 3 / 4 nights help increase the spend ratios as someone getting on for 3 nights will happily spend "only" $1,000 for the extras, which per seat/per person dramatically increases the capacity/spend ratios.
I always go on the "Party Cruise" which is on Anthem, from Southampton. It's two nights, there is no drink package, and the ship average age drops to 25 ish. It's full of people who want to blow the budget. The people are mostly Hen/Stag/Anniversary/Birthday/Young Families, all wanting to "have a good time".
There is nothing funnier than watching drunk people on a ship especially that become sea sick whilst crossing the channel to Le Havre.....of course, people ask me, and I have no clue whether we've left the port or not, as I luckily don't get any sea sickness whatsoever. I have been on ships where the swimming pool has literally emptied itself and still didn't realise we were moving.
Two weeks to go, and then I'm back in Miami out of this crappy rainy weather, and the wife will be happy again LOL (because she's staying at home)
At the rate of dropping, we will probably end up Red for the day at this rate.
It's a shame that CCL can't achieve even close to Royal's profits, otherwise we would be $50 a share, £35 ish.
This is why, by the way.

Bhants.
As I smoke, in the US you can smoke in the casino, so depending on the weather outside during the day, I may spend many many hours in the casino, however, gambling, will be probably 10 hours max across a week, whether that be during the day, or in the evening.
My "Game" in Roulette, thats what I enjoy, however I do sit there and stick $100 in a slot machine when I'm bored.
99% of the people I cruise with are all casino players, and all of them are slot players....and all of them drink, the men and women, where generally I don't drink, maybe a Baileys a couple of times a week.
The good thing about the Oasis class casino's is that they have a proper single zero table, so all my numbers are together, with my big number, like Beejay's, being 32.
The rest of the fleet has only zero/double zero tables, which changes the sequence of numbers on the wheel.
I'm "Masters", which basically is the top top level in the casino, on a Roulette table, it's probably $30 per point, and to be Masters you need 100,000 points, so my throughput gambling, immaterial to win/losing is over $3,000,000.
I'm now Masters until 31st March 2025 as I have already reached and exceeded the 100k for next year, actually currently 130,000 points, or $3.9m throughput.
Lots of people cringe when I explain the numbers, but the reality is that if I bet $30, I would get 1 point.
Then, from that $30 bet, I win, 35/1 odds, so now I get $1,050 win, plus my original $30, so $1,080.
Now I carry on playing with that win, assuming I don't win anything else, I have 37 points (1+36)
On Slots it's a lot easier, as it's $5 for one point, but the argument is that on slot you have no power to decide where as on card games you do.
I play Poker occasionally, previously I would play all the time, but my game has always been Roulette.
Ken.
Yes, the Royal Pinnacle status does transfer across to Celebrity, but you don't get as much.
Rumour has it that Royal are looking to consolidate both the Royal and Celebrity programs into one, so you have the same names/levels across both brands, including the casino levels as well.
