I actually averaged down just before suspension. Impeccable timing as usual. I do agree that there is not enough information. It will be interesting to see what news accompanies the lift of suspension rns as that will ultimately determine the direction of sp. The 15th May is the general meeting I take it we should hear the result of the vote very soon after. I found the numbers in the recent rns confusing....... they owed £5.5million outstanding but for payment of £370,000 plus 100million shares then £5.5million debt is cancelled. If shares are not issued then liquidated claim of £1million..... is that £1million in excess of the £5.5million minus £370,000, very confusing. As for the £1million surely it would be more productive to raise that from other investors rather than the largely discounted sp to Gasrock.

I've done it again, came out as I had a small profit, then I'm thinking, why did I do that, came out at 14.5p and would like to go back in again. I really need to be patient.

everyone seems to be having problems this morning, halifax, abbey, lloyds. It is possibly the london stock exchange having problems. Someone over on mec just got confirmation via email of their buy.

Wierd, just ticked up again and there is still only 1 sell showing. News today of AGM on 21st may.

I'm not an expert on these things but from what I can see all the sells this morning have been small values from P.I.'s who were probably in for the bid situation and now they believe it not to be happening they have sold out. I feel the drop is way overdone for the amount of sells I can see. Is it possibly another atempt at shaking out as many as they can to free up shares. Unless there are any delayed trades to appear from what I can see there are no large holders letting go of their stock. Rightly or wrongly I'm still holding (in at 30.88p).

That wouldn't be good as SP would be likely to dip by the percentage of shares issued, unless of course it allowed Daintree to purchase those shares and then make the expected offer once over the 30% threshold. It has also been stated that Daintree could make an offer at any time, or of course there could be no offer forthcoming. As per usual, too many options to consider, thanks for pointing out the option of more shares Ged as it is one I hadn't considered.

Yes Mac this is where I get to, usually got about 4 things open in my task bar (lse, advfn, portfolio, live prices), no wonder I get so dizzy. lol. So many possibilities here and hopefully an announcement comes soon. Like I say, I would be happy with any profit but 75p would just be the icing on the cake if it comes.

My target was a sell at 15p as I was lucky enough to get in at just over 10p. Not sure how much longer I'll hold for, playing it by ear at the moment. I didn't buy a lot of shares but it's nice to have them in the blue. G.L. with your target.

I originally bought as was recommended by a couple of people. One being GedW who stated upside of 35p. So I have now bought in for the 3rd time as I never expected more than 35p, I've bought at the lows and sold for a profit. Now people are saying a possible 75p offer. (I know some people are stating higher). I would be so pleased if the offer does come anywhere near 75p but it's good to stay grounded. I know Daintree are accumulating fast but all we really have is speculation. I'm trying to keep my feet on the ground.

I have also noticed no graphs today. Thanks for mentioning as I thought it was my security settings. Really not easy to hold my nerve on this, I'm going to try and hold for the possible offer.
