If it is in regards to the last rns, are there not 66,883,920 shares due to be issued tomorrow at 1p value, so only £668,839 compared to the company already having over 700 million shares in issue with a market capital of over £17million.
As I understand it then the only dillution you have then is the value of £668,839 divided into £17million as a percentage, or alternatively 66,883,920 shares divided into 724million shares as a percentage.
Usually when this happens you see a drop in sp in comparison to the same percentage.
In this case it's miniscule.
