Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Sorry I have just seen your comment. Okay so we both missed out on the maximum 45p bid but just look where the sp is today. I have went back in over the last 2 days, not sure what will happen with the sp under the dilution but at least we know who Daintree are. Certainly be interesting to see how this plays.
The price has been walked down since last week. We had a sell for 3.5million shares last friday, that has only just been cleared today with buys. We are still down on last week. I wouldn't get excited just yet.
LOL. Me too, and I was wondering why I had posted on premium RBS this morning and couldn't see it. I should really waken up.
I used to play RBS several times a week in the last trading range, hadn't really touched it lately as I lost touch with the new range after the price tick up. It used to be a nice little earner so I will most definately get it back on my watchlist.
That is so funny, I hadn't noticed that, will I get away with saying it was a typo?
Hi ParanoiaBlue, nice to see another face over here. I'm afraid that I don't quite understand your comment, feel free to expand on it.
Yes Moosh, I hope I wasn't trying to catch a falling knife in bringing my average down this morning. It does look so far that people are reducing their average so let's just see how it pans out. G.L.
Please don't tell me this is opening 34% down. I bought yesterday for another short term trade. You've got to laugh, came out of SLV yesterday and into this again. Timing is just spot on.
Well since I came out on the tree shake yesterday I think I will add another one to 'Just my luck'. http://www.londonstockexchange.com/exchange/prices-and-news/news/market-news/market-news-detail.html?announcementId=10086769
I note from your last comment this could be a next target of yours. Any comments as ever appreciated. Todays tree shake shook me out near the bottom, looking for a re entry. I think if the bid talks are unsuccesful this could fall to low 60's.
I agree with your next entry point. For a long term hold that is what I would be looking to come in around. OsakiSushi - nice one, taking advantage of the intraday movements. This is quite volatile at the moment, there will be plenty of swings until it calms down.
I am also hoping for an opportunity to get some more. I held on to a very small amount after the price surge. I held this for over a year and always expected it to come good but I felt the recent rises short term were not sustainable, it happened too quickly and there was a lot of new investors piling in. I always expected PINN to get there over time but slowly increasing and holding on to those increases over time. I could be wrong but I think there is still a chance of a lot of people moving out of it unless news flow is coming through. I'll hang fire just now but one thing is for sure, it is a cracking little company with big ideas. A.T.B.
I see that your thoughts were correct here, ticked down on persistant selling this morning. Will we see a reversal with buys now coming in at this low sp. I hope so. I'll be watching closely. Off out to Jurassic Jungle today, shall be taking the lap top with me.
I didn't realise that had been doing the rounds. It only caught my attention as I had just started to look at VIY. I have a long way to get up to speed on it. Do you recall what caused the large spike in 2007, was it the defence contract ? It may be at this stage being worried over a half pence (could have bought about 4.6p on friday) is irrelevent. I see their market capital was approx. £49million then compared to todays £28million. Too many stocks to look at is my problem just now and I don't know if I'd want to be tied in for too long. Whatever I choose to do, wishing you all the best here.
I had put this on my watch list last thu/fri (due to the 2 dusters I got last week). Anyhow, looks like I may have missed an opportunity. I guess the email I have just received from ADVFN is about this technology. If you have not got the email let me know and I shall copy and paste.
Do you have to make me show up all my faults. lol.
Just left you a message at the blog. Was looking for a quick profit here, bought at around 25p, sold at a loss, went in again, took a profit, back in at 49p, took a profit, then in again 3 times lately with an average of 62p. Blinded by the takeover rumour until I actually started to think of the risk reward ratio. Need to stop being so topsy turvy.
oops facter = factor
I don't need to read any further than a). With an average of 62p and 5222 shares I was thinking exactly that. Risk facter is huge, especially after my TRP disaster (I shall remember that forever). The Times article on the 10th stated the rumour was within the next fortnight but yes, I am extremely nervous which I guess in turn means it's not for me, especially with such a high average.
