Scancell founder says the company is ready to commercialise novel medicines to counteract cancer. Watch the video here.
i am not sure but i believe that Edwards Family Holdings Ltd are a significant shareholder to the extent that they were regarded as a "related party"under AIM regs.
They also did have exercisable warrants
Anyone know their current involvement and options ?
If i was a shorter i would take your comments as a compliment
I first posted here when the share was 23 ,then i could not see the value BUT it is getting close to my BUY value
I will declare if and when i become a holder and then give you some positive news that may effect things here in Brasil
Not at all John
Comcas my manager has ascertained that KPfertil is not a cost effective remineraliser
I ,BOPD, have concluded that the shares at the current price are not very attractive primarily due to the lack of firm sales to end users. I do believe that there could be a significant upside in the future but not this year.
I think an entry point around 14 could be a good punt for a medium term gain.
I seem to recall from a press release or RNS from sometime last year that a price of 14 triggers some sort of action or option, Can anyone elaborate on this or point me to the relevant article ?
I appreciate your comment "rather than directing any enquiries to the appropriate sources "
IF we had ANY feedback WHATSOVER despite numerous emails, facebook messages ,phone calls etc etc from Geociclo, who are reported to be the major partner here in Brasil, we would indeed have received all the information we needed and would not be resulting to this platform
I am BOPD , L Harlow owner of Haras las Madres (www.haraslasmadres.com)
Comcas is my Brazilian manager Raquel Cangelli who has been having the direct dialog with Agrocerrado and attempted without success do communicate with Geociclo.
You may not like it but we are probably the only posters on this board with direct practical experience with Brazil and the companies in question
We have no association with quisad or optimistical
Swingy , you are not listening or you cannot read
I have used my contacts in country and my agronomist and i cannot locate ANY farmer that has actual applied the product let alone be in a position to appraise it.
Why dont HMI post a list of end users from whom i can get a reference
I am one of the farmers that you are so worried about that is not buying for several reasons already explained
I have tried very hard to get first hand reports but It is difficult to even obtain a price to supply
Agrocerrado who were the first outlet appointed by HMI were very efficient and helpful in supplying information but Geociclo Bio have still to reply ,acknowledge the product or even feature it n their web site
Incidentally my in country profits are very good thank you
As stated i came to this forum to research the company as a consumer who is always interested in enviromentally friendly soloutions with the specific aim of hoping to find a cost effective and efficient product
I have been sadly disappointed to date
Excuse me but i do know when i fertilise ,June, and when i plant ,September, as do all the other farmers in this area
Parana state
Brasil is the same size as the USA with many climatic zones so there is a wide diversity relating to agricultural seasons planting seasons and the appropriate time for fertilising
I was interested in KPf from a practical and consumer basis and researching what could improve my land.
What is your interest ????
I am a buyer and user of fertilizer here in Brasil ,albeit a relatively small quantity and for grazing land but expert advice (MAPA approved agronomist) advises other products.
I also do not understand the repeated statement that KPfertil is much cheaper as this is not the case as he states it is comparable for similar products which he recommends to us
NO
The agronomists here class it as a remineraliser and therefore are not very keen to promote it.
Just like many "experts"they are not prepared to put their reputations on the line by using a generic such as KPfertil which is not classified as a fertilizer by MAPA (agriculture ministry)
Our own agronomist, who consults to MAPA recommends other products to us. One of which is Geociclo's own alternative "Geofert Organomix" which he considers a more rounded product for our grazing land
Your impression of Geociclo is far from the reality
KPFertil still not on their website
We have solicited a quote from them now for approx 1 month. No response to email, facebook page and numerous telephone calls we can find no one that can provide info or prices or even a knowledge of the product
We did receive 1 quote from an individual with a hot mail address but not from Giociclo
On the other hand we did get excellent response from Agricerrado
HMI sell in Reals which WAS equivalent to $60 per tonne .It is NOW eqivalent to $50 per tonne.
I have the quote from Agrocerrado.
Incidentally still no quote or info from Giociclo Bio
It would be interesting to know what HMI's selling price for the bulk product to GB is because i am concluding that GB will use it to blend with their own brands and not sell KPf as such....anyone with info on this?
Brasilian farmers NEVER pay in cash. It is either multiple monthly payments or commonly barter against the next crop
Dont hold your breath Boro
Geociclo Biotechnologia still not featuring KPf on their web site, still not stocking and not quoting supply
See my earlier posts
We need to see evidence of hard and fast sales to end users in order to give confidence to the market
Swingy, who was your mail to and from ?
This is certainly different from the response, or lack of, we received from Geociclo;s Uberlandia base and other offices when we tried to contact them over a 3 week period. The quote we eventually received was not from GB direct but some individual with a hotmail address. See my posting of yesterday
As previously reported at the time of the announcement that HMI had signed an agreement with the subject company we contacted them to obtain a quotation for KPfertil . As stated there is no mention of KPFertil on GB's website and despite many requests and follow ups by phone, email and facebook we could find no one that had any knowledge of the product.
We did ,however, today receive an email NOT from GB but from a Lucio Gomez at a hotmail address quoting us
+/- $60 per tonne ex plant + bagging + tax for any out of state sale.
I believe that most of us assumed and concluded that GB would act as an agent for KP but now i believe they may just be buying raw material for blending with their own products. If so has there been any info concerning quantity, sales price or contract details of this.
