I agree there's no point in arguing - but the fact their work was expected to be completed by July - why would there be any delay in announcing the outcome of their work? Doesn't make sense.
Clearly RKH presumed an annoucement of the actual result - or they wouldn't have put out a RNS within a day or two of the deadline being past.
People are bound to speculate on such a vital issue for the company.

LTT: totally agree..."complete their work" must mean everything. If it was only their findings prior to making an actual award (if we've won) - they would have stated that.

Been with Shell Energy for a year...they've been excellent.

FI: i'd bite your hand off for that. However, as i've stated before - the problem Navitas have is, once they state they want to buy they are admitting they are developing - which means the resource is worth many multiples of our MCap. That is ignoring potential OM award.

Last roll of the dice and if there's not a clear route to production - don't waste a penny of any OM payout on these no-marks salaries.
In view of the present gas crisis and probable general energy problems that are bound to arise over the next few decades around the world - a country like Israel (although they have good oil reserves in the Med?) wouldn't give a flying fk about the sensibilities of Argentina and would love a secure supply of oil produced by one of their own companies.
Surely even our brain dead CEO has been selling that concept to Navitas?

I'd love to be there and put him under pressure. Only been to one AGM and his attitude was obnoxious, smug and he displayed indifference to the ordinary shareholders. Unfortunately i can't afford to spend two days travelling down and paying for a hotel in Salisbury....as long as we have some sensible, but vocal pressure put on him by intelligent shareholders demanding he outlines a CLEAR route of how he intends to get us something out of this mess - that will do me. Hate him with a passion.
One very basic question i'd ask:
"why have you never invested any substantial amount in RKH from your own pocket if you truly thought SL was going to be developed?".

It is Sft...can't understand it - can't be traders...the biggest concern is - they (whoever they are) ARE selling, even at this price.

We're now talking well over TWICE as long (to date!) as directed by the Arbiters at the end of June to when we'd have the outcome...how could they get it that wrong?

The oil isn't worth a penny now.
Problem for any suitor is if they want to buy, they are admitting they're going to develop and the oil moves from £zero worth to £billions worth in an instant.

If we got an award that added c.20p to sp and we get taken out for c.30p....HBR (and partners) are getting minimum of one BILLION bbls and God knows how much gas valued at anything north of c.$40BILLION for.......£40m!

I think RKH got the result on the last day of July - it was a nil amount award to the Rock and the smug, aloof (God knows why) curly headed twt is terrified to let us plebs know??? ;)
