...and you sit there mouthing off when you had the chance to, you know...actually DO something. Shthouse.
We were told late last year the decision would be issued "early next year"...we are about to go into the 2nd week of MAY!?!? Surely a claimant has the right to enquire "can we have an update on what exactly is happening?".
eeeerrrrrr....no!
Ovets: correct - i've defended that prck a number of times. Never again - he's a blert.
well you're vastly overpaid lad!!!!!!!
Thought he'd be all over this like a rash - with his detective skills he'd be an asset! I wonder what his holding is?
Ovets: Not sure where this "I don't think Mr Market has considered RKH, SL (or the FI) in the context of World trade routes, following the recent Suez blockage." came from...but if you're holding that up as one of the key reasons for SL to go ahead - you're miles off the mark.
The "New World Order" is basically the US and China - with everyone else playing, at best, secondary roles.
The Cape Horn sea route is tiny...if it expanded by a factor of 10 it would still hardly be a small artery of global trade (see attached for the minute amount of traffic that use it). You've quoted the recent ACCIDENT in the Suez...do you think tankers will go around Cape of Good Hope and/or Cape Horn to miss out the Suez/Panama? Not a chance. The US will let hell freeze over before allowing any country to stop traffic passing thru' the Panama.
You know I'm long - and on you're overall sentiments i pray you're correct - but if we're holding out for the above to be a factor - we're fuked.

Dont think I'll ever see it...the simple fact that that twt Moody didnt put a deadline in the contract for FiD is enough to replace him. Sat there getting paid £15k PER WEEK...unbelievable.
I was only being ironic lad....good luck
Much: I'm literally praying you're right - but i think too many posters on here are now commenting with their hearts rather than their heads. At the moment....all the evidence is to the contrary. I'll be dancing if they pull this out the hat - but it looks like the 5/1 I've stated before...at best.
Pauly:
£1.52 or 1.52p?
FI: in part you're correct....for those on each extreme - but there's a whole area in between ie. no certainty either way.
Ovets: "The same sort of negotiating strategy applies to SL - keep FIG guessing and perhaps put some pressure on them to modify their taxation, etc."
problem with the above and your earlier post - your guessing and making a number of presumptions - hope you're right....but at this moment - the market disagrees with you.
Gulable: totally agree - he's a wnker. No problem with traders - just be honest....he wasn't. He was on here day in day out outlining the long-term, likely outcomes. I took it with a pinch of salt, i've only got a very small holding and feel sorry for anyone who has invested heavily. Don't ever make an investment decision on the back of stuff people posting online.
Pre: "Wonder who the additional sources are?"....who cares mate....as long as they do - at which point we are at FiD...and 12p will be long gone.
Yes he's out....after hundreds of posts advocating the investment (as opposed to a trading position) positives of this share...it turns out he was purely trading all along. Beware.
close...nice.
So you think at FID this will be 20p? I think it would be c.50p...so therefore the market is measuring chances of go ahead as 5/1 too. Been in since very early DES days, I'm invested til the end and pray to God it will happen. But 5/1 at moment for me too. (That can change...either way, very rapidly).
Surely a positive decision on claim and a reasonable amount awarded (c.£60m+ net) - momentum will push this close to c.20p. If so - all this nonsense of a TO for 30p will disappear?
Easily. However the 3 following things would have to happen;
1. SL get developed (odds against),
2. RKH still exist (unlikely as good chance of TO if 1 takes place) and
3. Oil still be required globally at c.$70bbl (very likely).
