Just a detail and maybe nothing but the final results for 2021 will be released at end of April, 6 weeks later than last year. Though last year they were super early. Q1 results on 11th April as normal. Looking forward to this and the trading update. And management’s comments on their M&A strategy. Four weeks to wait!

However before Q1 in early April the 2021 Results will be released. Last year that was on 18th March so maybe an RNS tomorrow giving the date. Also finnCap announced last week that a update on M&A activity would be given by the company. So within next week we should expect confirmation and full details of 2021 financials and management comments on M&A. Will there be a new forecast for 2022 as well? Then in 4 weeks the Q1 results and trading update.
So place your bets.
The chairman has with his recent buys and exercise of warrants over the past two weeks which gives him a 4.1pc holding up from 2.4pc

Yes it’ll be early April. About 4 weeks. Chairman is confident of a good Q1 and let’s hope there’s a re forecast up and a re rating by finnCap up. Unless of course there is a bid!

RNS out stating Tobin has exercised 100k warrants. He hasn’t sold them and now holds 2.6%. An increase of 0.5%.

I’d be very surprised if there’s a relationship between a bidder and management. It’ll be done with major shareholders and advisors.

Two major national media have reported a takeover. Sky News and The Mail. They can’t go to print without substantial proof from the source. What is interesting is they report different bidders. I don’t think the source is from the company.

I’m very interested in the buyers rather than sellers. Sellers are hedging and taking well deserved gains. Buyers see the gain at the the end which is still substantial when GBP30 is the take out. There is actually less risk at the end (takeover) rather than the beginning (start up) of a company’s life!
