Well done Stuart. You gave some very clear and positive feedback to questions. FY revenue 22 is forecast at USD 83m. This forecast will be revised end H1 when some major contracts will be renewed. But uSD 83m still outperforms industry.
Acquisition by Spot or Amaz is obviously still on cards. No reporting to shareholders until a definite offer. BUT discussions are taking place.

Fantastic Q1 update. Revenue for 2022 of $60.5m already booked. FinnCap will issue a new note I hope with improved forecast for 2022 and fair market value of near £25?

It was certainly releasing on a regular basis last year up dated revenue and profit forecasts in between official quarterly dates. A reflection of the business which was flying.

We are back to a value based on the business and pre takeover news. As there has been no movement since 14th February on potential acquisition it’s normal.
Monday 11th RNS will be a new spark in the value of the business even if an acquisition still isn’t on the table.

Should we be guided by Tobin’s daily purchases and his warrant execises. He’s out almost £800k into new shares. I would say it’s for a reason and not just the Q1 results coming up

We have to suppose that all of Candy’s assets are being pledged for his participation in the Chelsea bid. He still has control of the shares in Boom. So unless there is a tits up if he acquires Chelsea then there’s no change. Some just like to make a mountain out of a mole hill. I truly hope Boom is sold before a possible Chelsea acquisition!

Simple as that. He’s invested almost a £1m in warrant exercising and open market purchases over the past month.
I’ve no idea what the MM are up to but the price should be £25 right now before the Q1 trading update on 11th Apr. There is a resistance somewhere, and the price is not reacting to Tobin’s buying

There was a typo in my previous message. Yes I meant 11th April Q1 update. Lots can happen in 3 weeks especially if the market settles down with tangible peace in Ukraine.

Arborman - couldn’t agree more that Tobin is giving an unbelievable signal. It’s all he can do - put his money up and say follow me because there’s great news coming.

It must be getting very close to when Tobin can’t buy. Q1 results due in 3 weeks on 11th March.

So Tobin buys more at 1890p, market up 1.7pc. Boom Price down. I see that there were a few sells of 4k, 5k and 5k but surely this shouldn’t affect the price given the liquidity. MM again ruling the roost for whatever reason.
