So the mid price is 1105p. A small late sale after hours at 1070p and that’s the closing price. Are these MM chumps or what

I look at ACAST share price from time to time. It’s down on its all time high when it first floated in Sweden but has rallied well and sort of tracks Boom.
It’s also a take over target. Different animal to Boom. Revenue is 40pc higher but they have 300 people! Mainly UK but growing in USA. Subscription business model.
I wonder which one Spotify will go for.
I just feel in my water that Apple will go for Boom, but only if they can be bothered!

60k shares bought at the full ask of 1040p and no movement? Even the 7k buy at 1032p should have moved this up further?

Candy bought 10k shares yesterday at 988p. Now that is a big message! He voted to sell a few months ago!

Spotify announce usd 3.5 billion available for acquisitions in podcasting.

Impressive to say the very least. Weekly users and active podcasts numbers are way ahead of Cumulus.

There’s many companies who are dying to acquire Boom now, they’ve been reluctant in the past. But the last 12 months business performance has I bet sent a few shock waves. Are they waiting for FY 21 figures!?

Nice to have a GBP 2.30 average. I’m at £4.25. It will all end with a big sale one day and soon. See this link if you have time. Apple are losing out to Spotify in many areas of podcasting. They need a quick booster in their armoury. It’s not new but just maybe Apple could be looking at Boom. Nothing being discussed as Tobin would not have been able to buy yesterday.

Believe it or not I bought 8 years ago at 1.5p ( 150p)and 16p (1600p). Would be nice to finally sell at least at highest price I paid.

I can tell you Mav, that Rob Proctor foresaw the application into screen many years ago. I know because he told me. He even had meetings with Disney. But it’s only just coming. I hope Stuart Last has picked up this baton and making a run with it. Need a big studio to do this. So not part of normal AON studios.

Compare Audioboom to this loss making company in the same sector:
Acast Q3 2021:
$31m revenue, $4.6m loss, $530m market cap

Almost GBP 20 a share for ACASTand it’s loss making. But the European stock exchange sees the potential. And guess what the good old London AIM market values Audioboom at nearly half the metrics.
New brokers finnCap have brought more realism in their recent note with a GBP16 value per share for Boom.
Can’t do much else whilst the market closes it eyes and ears !
