August statistics for USA are out.

Audioboom weekly downloads 13.4m and weekly users 5.3m both grew in the month whilst Wondery and Audacy fell.

Audioboom closed the gap to 700k compared to Wondery who had 6m weekly users. In June the gap was 2m

Thus the 10k offered by the MM were taken up in two trades at 9:15. So buyers will wait for offers to be made and take at that price. At the moment prices dictated by MM rather than buyers putting in buy requests. That’s how I see it

Excellent trading pattern today. Small and large trades. Almost all purchases. I’m surprised it hasn’t translated into a higher increase in the price. Do the Market makers really have all this stock ?

You’re right on all points Rikin. The 30 day close period brings limitations of course for insiders. Maybe they will have purchased today but if not they have plenty of shares and Maddock and Tobin purchased over the past few days. I really don’t know another company that have consistent investment by directors.

That’s an interesting comment BH3. A placement at a premium which would provide an opportunity for shorts to exit. Coercion could that be true. Could a company be exposed to such tactics. I don’t think putting in say GBP10m of cash would necessarily accelerate growth more than currently being achieved.

Those trying to scare with an idea of going private are way off. I don’t think a 75% majority could be achieved.

My bet is a merger or takeover with a US quoted company.

Thus management will probably take the view that AIM is not the place to be. It’s full of narrow minded traders. Their agenda is just to undermine.

What will happen I don’t know Bearhunt3r. But it won’t continue for much longer. Maddocks buying again gives a clue and as you say their will be a significant announcement at Q3.
