That £800k comment from you bearhuntr3 might actually have spooked these cronies as you put it. I don’t think any long term shareholders are going anywhere. As you say we’ve been through the past few years and we can see the business is expanding, reconfirmed revenues and earnings for FY25 and FYE 25, many new shows signed up and reconfirmed. Management have confirmed that there are options to get the true value out of the company.

I wouldn’t wish to engage with Zak etc even in pub over a pint.

Runner-runner, to make any criticism of Tobin truly shows both envy and lack of understanding. He is buying. Who are we, or they, to question how many he buys at any one tome.

Investors discussing here the business of Audiboom and podcasting industry is interesting and informative. Compare this with posts with the sole aim of talking down the price.

Well said Laura2022. Glad there’s a new voice here which is expressing the positive moves being made by management. US listing is only one possibility. There are other jurisdictions but being listed in a country where the majority of revenue comes from makes sense. If it’s a company led sale which is the other choice then the value may not be as high as shareholders would want, but at least it will be a multiple of perhaps twice current level.

And that’s the point, wealth can’t be locked up due to dysfunction. Action must be taken and that’s what long term shareholders are waiting for. Everyone has a vested interest to take the correct decision to move on.

The FY24 forecast has been confirmed which will show good growth from 2023. The company is not a start up and has proved over the past 4 years its business plan is working to a point that it’s performing better than its competitors.

However the price action is performing in such a way that it’s unacceptable to management, directors and major shareholders to continue to let the company’s value to stagnate and wallow at these low levels. Everyone wants to extract full value. But the AIM market is not working.

It’s not a hope from investors that there could be corporate action in the future as management stated at the beginning of the year that this is being considered and planned if the share price of Audioboom continued to show no reflection of the true commercial value of the company.

We know that this could be a listing in another jurisdiction or the selling of the company.

ACAST and Spotify now valued at virtually twice annual revenue. Good to see. Gives a good basis for Audiboom when it’s listed on a new exchange. Starting price should be minimum USD 10 per share based on 2024FYE.

This is why Audioboom figures are on the up and other companies are still on a down trend as they don’t have the organic growth of Audioboom with new contracts and signings.

Audioboom are showing very much a positive evolution in their business. The negative effects of Apple IOS change on downloads are dropping away allowing the new show signings to add downloads and listeners to be seen.

Bearhuntr3 you’ll notice that once you touch a nerve the conversion changes tack. Of course price of any stock can go down even if more buys than sells. MM’s simply facilitate this action.
