The Chaarat RTO is interesting, and in the context of us, the Amulsar gold project is many, many times the size of Chaarat, its got more social and economic problems than you can shake a stick at and the cost my be close to $400m+ now to build as per the link above.

Well, whatever the real reason he sold it won't do liquidity any favours here, this share like any other in the junior resource space and AIM generally suffers from years of liquidity issues, credibility issues and poor returns his selling into any rise winter help that.

The problemwhen you hold so many shares like he does in a largely illiquid stock of late, is to shift Amy shares for any reason, you need a liquidity event to shift agood chunk of your shares, he's obviously waiting for this event and jumped at it and shifted some 6m shares or so. Interestingly he started to shift them on the day of the first RNS. I'd guess he was looking to free up some capital a long way out and this has come along and he's took it.

You'd fully expect the Chinese to play hardball, in the same way you'd expect the BoD a d shareholders to hold out for the right deal, takeovers, especially hostile ones in the UK aren't easy, you need a majority of shareholders to vote, and on that 50%> you need 75% majority, good luck getting that with 16p, that was the price here when just NLGM was in production in 2020...

The analysts feedback this morning will be interesting.

Where will this company be H2 2023 I wonder (if we ever get there), same goes for the WK resource update, we may never find out how good that is.

A big part of me wants this to stay listed in its own right, as its a blinder and only starting to just play out.
