DNi gave up their 50% holding in Mambare to 4 x former employees in exchange for a 10 % free carriage . So in other words RGM Mambare JV partner isn't Direct nickel but 4 x regular individuals with no experience of investing before who will have to carry 50% of any costs going forward for 40% of the asset. One of the main reasons why DNi gave up their Mambare asset was A) accessibility (it takes days to track there) and B) the process doesnt produce nickel as people think but nickel oxide which needs to be treated before being transported by international law.There is no treatment plant in PNG and they cost billions to build,this is why the DNi process is more likely to happen in Indonesia or the Philippines where such treatment plant already exists. In other words Mambare is a non starter.

Zumore, �500k sounds exactly right to me but don't forget to minus �250k post DD,meaning we r about 1/2 a million � short of paying our 12 month loan back .

The downward trend here seems to have returned. I suspect that when/if coal news arrives it will be below markets expectation and we will end up heading even low.

DNi still exists today but Windward now own 50% of the old DNi in return for writing off all the debts which is how come our shareholding has been diluted.They are waiting like everyone else for nickel prices to rise for interest to arrive from a party to use their new technology .

Today we now have a completely new JV partner for Mambare as DNI gave up its 50% ownership due to lack of funds and the fact that they don't believe Mambare will ever become a mine in the future due to its isolation. A handful of the old DNi scientists(former employees) took over DNi's 50% share so we are no longer JVing with DNi but with a small group of former employees instead,RGM just hasn't got around to telling everyone that yet even though this has been the case for some years now. I doubt these individuals between them have the resources for further exploration activity .
