? Why do you keep talking about Silver Cars when our investment is in White Car and as the name suggests we only have a fleet of ONE.

How big is their fleet ? I can't remember where i heard this from but i am sure someone stated they only have the 2 cars,can someone confirm whether this is true? Thanks and happy NY.

What is the story with Curzon ATM ? They have now floated which i am guessing required us forking out more money £500k approx is that right ? Zumore ,yes that sounds like a great idea for RGM next investment,I can see Andrew and Scott in their aprons helping out in the kitchen as hands on non executive directors ,all working for free of course except for the odd bacon sandwich all in the name of nickel and cobalt promotion though you understand.

Okenia, the point i was trying to make was if non executive director Mike "yesman" Nott takes roughly £50k pa out of RRR (Mkt Cap £3 -£5M) every year surely non executive director of Jupiter Andrew "most dangerous man you are ever likely to meet" Bell takes a salary from Jupiter ( $1B -$2B Mkt Cap). Or to put it another way ,why wouldn't they be paying him or do you think the whole board of a highly profitable mining company work for free?

Correction, its £155k pa x 2 plus Jupiter directorship income and a few others total is still somewhere near or above £500k pa .

Good question ,personally i am not sure but RGM and RRR combined comes to £250k pa inc pension/shares/perks etc.for "Lifestyle Scott" and we can now add a White Car salary to that amount too. Don't forget that lunches/expensive wines,taxi's ,etc,expenses get put onto the shareholder bill as well. Andrew Bells earns £500k from RRR and RGM plus his other directorships so you can easily see where the £150k to buy RRR shares came from. Mike "yes man" Nott (Non Executive Director at RRR) earns close to £50k pa ,i am not sure what he offers to the table in terms of useful up to date qualifications, but what i do know is he has Engineered a very cosy seat there for himself for more than 10 years,not bad for a yes man.

14th Nov RNS IMHO ,the White Car deal was primed months ago and is a great excuse for "lifestyle Scott" to get his hands on another salary while supposably representing RGM shareholder. Andrew Bell, Chairman, comments: "The emerging dynamics of the electric vehicle or EV battery industry has led to a focus on the metals most affected by this new source of demand. Nickel and cobalt are key materials for the cathodes of these batteries and cobalt has seen, and nickel is beginning to see, price rises off recent depressed levels that we think will be sustained. The Mambare project in which we have a 50% interest is potentially among the largest long life sources of these metals and is situated near the major markets for them.  If Regency is to seize the opportunity that is presented this can best be done inside a dedicated business operation, since at present Regency's valuation clearly lags its comparators in the field. Not sure what the Dragons Den mob would make of this deal but £400k for 6% of a company with a £275k NAV doesn't make a lot of sense to me,but at least White Car have one thing in common ,they both make a loss which isn't surprising given they daily rental charge is more then half their competitors (comparing 4 days like for like using the same vehicles with Hertz and Avis ,4 days in March 2018*) *DD taking all of 2 minutes The management accounts of White Car as of 31 October 2017, showed total assets of £274,708.85 and net assets of £233,889.96 with £90,815.05 of cash. October revenues were £48,303.62 and losses £60,672.59. Also this sounds to me like they are expanding too quickly before proving the business model works. Just a thought ,may be one dividend behind Scott and Bell buying into RRR is exactly that .

Personally if i was a RGM right now I would be in tears having read todays RNS, If you didnt realise before that you had invested in a pair of useless ********s you certainly would now.

What exactly do Scott and Bell need to know more about batteries a battery powered bunny doesnt already know? May be that highwaller was powered by Duracell and thats the reason why it never made it on site

What percentage of an AIM company collectively do you need to call a meeting to elect a new board ? I suspect it won't be more than 10% . Interested to know if anyone knows?
