Zumore , you are absolutely right ,to put it another way ,does anyone posting on this BB over the last 48 hours actually own any RGM shares or are ever likely to...................a new placing on its way .

Zumore ,yes indivestor or was it Colin could be on the money and PJ has now realised the error of his ways,cut his losses and moved onto to a better place. As you rightly suggested reading the PJ twitter page he hasn't mentioned RGM for more than 2 days now ,previous average RGM mentions post holding PJ RNS was 3 per day,are we reading too much into this or is it simply explained cos there is a placing going on behind the scenes,watch this space...... Also Zumore $25,000 a month needs to be paid as debt repayment but I think you will find Directors salaries are even fatter than that .

Zumore there almost certainly will be a placing here very shortly cos by the time £250k gets spent on Rosa and the cost of the DD there isn't gong to be a lot left of the HH money for finance director Scott C Kaintz to pay himself his huge salary ..

Lets not forget about the exciting Battery Storage Division. "Regency owns 50% directly and 1.36% indirectly of the Mambare licenses" Quote taken from recent RNS May be someone should tell Scottt Kaintz DNi are no longer JV partners.

It is worth remembering that as financial director Scott Kaintz was fully responsible for that loan being taken out. Strangely he feels worthy of re-election this year.

At least shareholders have chance to remove probably the 2nd most dangerous person they are ever likely to meet at this years AGM,by voting Scott Kaintz out.

The Board of Regency Mines announces that the Company was informed that Paul Johnson and Michelle Johnson as of 24 November 2017 together hold 47,146,254 ordinary shares in the Company, representing a total percentage holding of 8.18%. If those buys today and yesterday are PJ (and lets face it he is the only investor here who can afford to lose every now and then) it would put his holding towards 11%. Edited 13% LOL

By my calculations Yorkville should have started their dumping of shares today.

Magic ,i wouldn't rule out RGM taking on even more debt with the promise of Rosa going into production imminently .

ps i can see PJ holding more than 10% at this rate if he cont. to prob the SP up.

Unfortunately this RNS doesn't mean anything ,if it did they would have expanded on it.

Thanks Booboo, yes that was incredibly helpful. So now i've listened to you (also Colin) and i've realised i've been overvaluing Mambare. So now my new value for it is $0. That about right $0 value i am afraid ,in the words of the new CEO ,"All the experts we have spoken to say Mambare isn't likely to ever happen in our life time".
