Zumore ,agreed it is impossible to know what their salaries are on the board at Steelmin but what is clear is both of them getting directorships through RRR and RGM appears to be a winning formula for the pair of them .Why earn one salary when you can earn 3 or 4 doing just one job? Where would we be without greed?

Magic, that is exactly what is going to happen here I am afraid,meaning RRR will need to make further loan repayments going forward and can issue up to 500M new shares to do exactly that.Last weeks RNS was simply an attempt to get the SP up to do exactly that,I can read him like a book. Why would Steelmin take on a dilutive loan through RRR why they could have got the whole lot from Luxembourg in the first place if getting a loan from Luxembourg is so easy? When you have worked out the answer to that one you quickly realise you are being BS-ed. As sure as night follows day there is going to be a confetti moment again soon.

They are both directors of Gem Holdings, with Gem incorporated in Jan 2016, and Winduss joining 21 Dec 16. I see what you mean, that is possible but to the best of my knowledge that isn't the case because the proposal at the time, that was put forward to shareholders included the �sale� of DNI Ltd to Planet Minerals Ltd, by way of a reverse-takeover, with the result that the individual shareholders of DNI Ltd will end up owing about 5% of Planet Minerals Ltd in aggregate.Thats basically the old Windtech DNI had shelled into themselves 3 years before but never fully executed so although DNi weren't listed on the ASX it was all in place. So they had something that was of value they could sell if that makes sense i.e. they have allowed PML to shell into DNi Ltd . So assuming what shareholders voted for took place DNi Ltd is no more,meaning they can't be our Mambare partners

Hi Stephen i must admit it was at the time a bit confusing but RGM are a 1.35% shareholder in DNIP . And DNIP are 51% Windward and partners 49% DNI holdings . (DNI Holdings is a wholly-owned subsidiary of DNI Ltd.) My point is very clear,If I know who RGM new JV partners are I would like to think RGM do as well and the they would inform the market about this change. "We just don't know whether DNI Ltd or DNI holdings Ltd is our partner." It is neither , Its was never published on the old DNI website which is why you also don't know.

Why haven't we had an RNS stating the JVP change of status? It is worth pointing out that If I hadn't revealed this fact no one and I mean no one would know.

A list of reasons why Mambare is never gonna happen. 1) its located in the middle of a tropical jungle, no roads , no electricity ,no bridge, after large bribes are paid to the local Mambare tribe your equipment will be winched over the Mambare River and you will quickly follow. After a few days trekking the old drill site can be located although its probably over grown and has been taken over by the jungle again by now .There is no path to the top ,no geologist has ever explored properly the very top of the plateau there simply wouldn't be a big enough window of dry season to get there and back again safely which is why it has never been explored. 2) The DNi process produces not nickel but nickel oxide which them needs to go though a separate processing plant that unlike the DNi plant can't be built modular and would cost more to build than the DNI plant itself.There is no such processing plant in PNG and shipping isn't an option as nickel oxide is classed as a carcinogenic and so has a international legal ban on shipping. DNi knew this but didn't mention it ,DD if there was any would have found this very obvious red flag,none of this made any difference to DNi ,Mambare was given to them for free and it wasn't going to be them that footed the up and coming exploration bill (�2 Million) RGM was.All they cared about at the time was the shed load of RGM shares they were given on top of everything else that they could sell at the new spike price of 9p a share to help them fund the remainder of their test plant program. 3) DNI are no longer our 50/50 JV partners . How on Earth is the JV partnership to fund the next stage that was previously reportedly going to cost $30 million when RGM JV partners are 4 regular individuals ,have regular jobs ,with regular mortgages and regular incomes? How do I know all this ,because i am the only remaining DNi PI in the northern hemisphere and I have meet in person DNi's major shareholders who combined have either visited Mambare themselves ,or are leading DNi metallurgists or are internationally renowned professors/lecturers in metallurgy and they have told me.
