Hi Colin,they intended to explore this area for geothermal prospects last time around (2011) but because there was no pre planning before the last drilling campaign most of the drilling team didn't have the correct visas on entering PNG and it took a further 6 - 10 weeks for them to be obtained,meaning there wasn't enough dry season time or financial resources (they hadn't even pre budgeted a helicopter) by that stage to explore this area last time around. This was as you rightly say 6-7 years ago so we may have lost this licence now ,however finding an energy source is essential for there to be any chance of success so only a fool would have let this go.

Magic , given that 190m more shares have now been confettied onto the market the absents of TR-1's is puzzling 40M = SP 20M = AB + SC 130M = unaccounted for ,other than SP none of the big guns appear to have taken part ,but surely a 4% holder would now be below 3% given 33% more shares were added does that not require a TR-1?

I can't help but wonder who exactly are our new individual JV Mambare partners are and what sort of jobs they are now doing i.e. can their incomes support the new recent and vaguely announced "Mambare acceleration program" what ever that may mean. As we now know the DNi process can't actually be implemented at the Mambare site without additional spending being made for an further processing plant ($2B DNi's own estimate) on top of the metallurgy CAPEX ($2B approx) and thats not including the very realistic fact that as SP has correctly pointed out the nearest tarmaced road is 20km away although its energy and the lack of it that is one of the main problems here. Didn't the JV have a licences to explore for geothermal on the north coast but ran out of money to execute? Can anyone remember?

Yare, it will just continue again and again with a low and low entry price every time until there are some many shares in circulation they have to conduct another share consolidation @ 25 -1 exact like they did 2 years ago. This is a company and a management that can not boast they survived the downturn it has failed once already and it is going to fail again. SP seems to me to be a very nice guy but I am afraid he has been taken in,hook ,line and sinker......

Well its been a very interesting day for RGM today SP has declared a further 40M? more shares and DNi have publicly for the first time published DNi Ltd has been sold off along will a mention nickel oxide.( United Nations grade A carcinogenic band from international shipping) . Who knows what tomo will bring ,may be we might be told who exactly our new (4 x individual) JV Mambare partners are. As always you just can't make it up ... LOL

I wonder when RGM are PLANNING to let their investors know the change in partnership to plural? Even one of RGM largest shareholders didnt seem to be aware of the changes even though this has been the case for a year now. Stephen Pearce "I'll try and find out... Zumore, am I right in saying after the last drilling program was completed it was stated that any further drilling in the future wouldn't be advantageous ?Also I am expecting the Rosa deal to go ahead so it will be interesting to see what impact that news (if it happens) will have on the SP positive or negative .. With no electricity source to so much as switch on a light never mind start a mine, a geothermal search might be one of their first ports of call for the new partnership this should help them to appear to be making progress while keeping costs down .RGM's new individual JV partners might be able to pay for this on their Visa card.

Well thats the first time our JV partner has been referred to in a plural sense. Nice to know I am at last making a positive impact here.
