No-one will be able to answer your question because no-one knows. If it was that easy we would all be millionaires!!! You will only know when the best time was after the event, when the sp rises and you can see where the bottom was - the skill is in trying to buy as close to the bottom as you can.
Do as much research as you can, keeping an eye on world markets, the oil price, current affairs, the weather, charts, press comment and BG's announcements. Then, like the rest of us, you will have to back your own judgement and hit the 'buy' button, maybe you will get it right, maybe you won't - that is the art of investing. The more research you do the better informed your decision will be, do not listen to others who claim to know the answers because they cannot know what will happen tomorrow, none of us can see into the future!!
