News of the effective reverse takeover to Minds + Machines Ltd, which will reflect the transition of the Company from an investing to Operational entity with a view to significant revenue generation. Should be a good, positive update. (Those who make the point that the resolution needs to be passed yet, should consider the proportion of stock held by Directors as well as the communication of the name change to Parties to the recent placing during the arrangement of such).

Sometimes you wonder if people have actually conducted any research into the stock & sector lol. As TLDH operate as Registry AND Registrar, they'll directly benefit from other registrars spending Millions on TV & bus adverts as they'll be selling on OUR domains - a great advantage and good to bring up the point ;) The £185k on individual domains has already been allocated, hence no new spend, only CASH back on domains not won in the private auction process (or domains actually won). As you can quite obviously see, we're extremely well positioned atm.

Rick swhartz, like many holding .Com portfolios for resale, will be heavily impacted by the new gTLDHs - the blogs are full of such fearful .Com entrepreneurs with the issue quite extensively discussed on the various TLD forums. Regarding the success of the new domains, promotion is an important factor, which the Management team are well aware of & further helped by the stronger 'war chest' in place. The Geographics like .London etc will have a lot of outside impetus for promoting themselves anyway & TLDH are weighted to such Geo Domains - clever Management team with an excellent strategy, hence why we've been able to position ourselves in the top 4 alongside the likes of Google, Amazon etc.

You'll find TLDH's Investor Relations department are top notch - they'll even forward specific correspondence to the Directors if warranted, hence feedback from the very best sources. Everything's progressing very well with TLDH - the strategy 100% to plan to secure those relevant domains to establish the strong, recurring revenue stream. They know exactly what they're doing.

The comment should have read 'the price structure will reflect that' etc. The geographics are the ones Im weighting l my own PF of domains around, with other select extensions also included. Missed a very good one on .cooking which went for just shy of €2K!

Agree with you on that Macgaz. Registrars are indicating that .London is looking to be one of the most in demand domains at this stage. The pricing structure is in line with that demand, hence should translate into impressive Revenues for Minds + Machines. I'd expect personal domain take to greatly add to the eventual figures as well as a broader uptake from the wider London metropolitan area as well as further afield for the kudos of owning a .London name. TLDH look to have played it exactly right with the focus on Geographic domains with higher expected uptake levels.

What I would suggest to ple holders, as clearly stated previously, is not to directly invite me to comment on aspects of the investment as was clearly the case today. I noted the rns release and clearly saw through the 'blurb', reaching pretty much the exact conclusion as the Shareprophets commentator. However, I had no reason to post until invited by the same ple holders who subsequently quite impotent (excuse the pun) with the case presented. I hope no further invites will be forthcoming ;)
