It's like anything else with investing ie there are no absolute certainties. If you prefer to wait for a possible 100p re-entry, that's your perogative. Others will prefer to ride what looks like an Uptrend asserting itself, for reasons previously discussed.

You may possibly get in again at a circa 35% (ish) better price....or....miss out on the further price progression here, quite likely one would hope to levels very easily beyond the £5+ being discussed here.

It's not really an issue of contention - let's see how it progresses.

I certainly will be looking to retain all my stock and look to increase said holding level. As we're clearly seeing, any slight dip is being bought into and with no further obvious suppression as previously was the case.

I'm certainly in the market for more and will look to release funds to do so.

I tend to think 'MM games' are somewhat of a red herring, with trades tending to be auto regulated.

We have a very tight 16M shares in issue with an extremely limited free float of said stock. This will massively appreciate on the requisite News and equally any overall uptrend, as I believe is the case now with previous larger offloading having ceased, will indeed be pronounced and well supported.

We're noting only the start of such, imho.

It'll Multibag from current levels anyways, regardless of whether it's specifically one of the above estimates or somewhere inbetween.

This is a stock I tell my friends, is certainly one to have in the Portfolio, specifically looking at the very attractive Upside v downside scenario from these levels.

Delays in the past aside, the issues with Environmental regs, politial issues, populace concerns etc, have been largely addressed and we also have a strong Management alignment of interest with defered salary for stock conditions.

We know the company are in current talks and confident of a deal being concluded, obviously being closer to said discussions than we are.

I'm very comfortable knowing I have an interest here and look forward to the 'excitement' (without the dread thought of not being invested), when the Deal is confirmed & requisite RNS released.

Establishing a good Uptrend imo and now that said supressuon factor has been taken out of the equation. Of course, the much more significant gains will be realized on release of the specific news and that should see an immediate re-rate of a multiple appreciation of current price levels.

We know the company in itself is operating strongly with again, the afirementioned positive trading updates beyond the fca issue.

The VERY LIMITED free float will certainly underpin the progression of the Share price steadily upeards, until the catalyst for the major re-rate as discused.

Still modest in comparison to the £11:80 it was sitting at less than a year ago.

Brady, yes I am keeping an eye on this, as see a very good potential upside from current levels, as well as clear milestones through which the share price can appreciate.

I'm also 'possibly' looking at the last of my buying strategies ie 'staggered buying' for a small amount, just to get my foot in and evaluate developments as they unfold.

My more serious, larger investments will be for companies like the aforementioned YU., for the reasons I state on that BB.

As always, I wish us smaller investors well, amidst the tempestuous seas governed by the larger Institutional sharks (who also have their place obviously).

Will continue watching this as it presents an interesting 'potential' investment.......once clarity is established with the financing.

A placing at circa 0.1p wouldn't be a bad thing and would likely see an initial 'knee jerk' negative reaction, followed by a stronger recovery that paves the way for other key milestones to be reached.

The problem (albeit again temporary) arises if any placing level is significantly below the current price - I dont see 0.1p as such. Of course, some are arguing that an alternative financing structure will be implemented.

We'll need that RNS, no doubt forthcoming soon, to see how it actually goes - the options being to BUY NOW, WAIT.....or STAGGER BUY, with a portion of intended funds.

This certainly presents a 'potentially' interesting investment and is obviously well watched.

Alrhough I'm putting my current available funds into YU. (Yu Group) for obvious reasons there, I will be following the news here for a punt at the appropriate time, albeit I believe even current buyers 'should' see a good return, once said clarity is established.

Will certainly look to keep Buying stock and build up my overall holding level - managed to pick up another 1000k batch yesterday and fully realize the very limited free float will make acquiring a significantly larger holding, extremely difficult on the news I'm anticipating.

Some very positive sentiments coming out of the Company and overall bullish sentiment provides a decent foundation for my belief that a very significant rise indeed, will be realized in the nearer term.

This is a functioning company with a strong order book and only 16M shares in issuance, having seen the major drop from previous highs......and now seeing a price recovery before the more major re-rate.

£5 plus is definately where I'm looking to see this soon.

I actually think we'll get a Holding RNS shortly, with the larger (given the restricted free float) block Buys, as seen in the recent Trades.

Of course, we need confirmation of such through the release of the actual RNS, but certainly a Strong sentiment booster, along with the positive statements & language coming from the Company itself.

A good appreciation of the Share price anticipated, with a significantly larger price hike contingent on the update that we're reasonably expecting.

Very pleased to have secured some more stock today.

I just picked up another batch of 1000 shares at just off the full ASK price - not overly concerned about getting the very best deal, as concur with many others onnthe enormous Upside that we can realistically expect and especially given the great scarcity of free stock in float.

Hopefully that'll be the case, albeit obviously muted in comparison to the much more marked price explosion we can expect from a positive accounting update.

Given the drop from its previous highs due to said reasons and subsequent steady inititiation of recovery, the dip of the past few weeks was expected, as some profits were taken from purchases ar those levels.

With the very low liquidity due to scarcity of shares in issue and positive resonance from the company since the price crash past, a potentially very attractive recovery prospect indeed and certainly one that I'll be looking to secure further stock in.

So, are 'Harry' & 'K2000' the same Person...???

Assuming we get a Placing announcement, as many of us suspect - it will likely be a weighted average of the preceeding trading days, with a discount applied to the figure calculated - probably why the CEO was pushing the PR initiative, hence looking to limit the dilutive effect of the new shares.

Obviously some would argue there wont be a Placing etc and each individual will make their own minds up on the likelihood of such.

At these levels, any such new stock issuance will have a significantly dilutive effect - on the flipside, there'll also be greater clarity established going forward and after the more immediate knock on affect to the share price, imo.

Let's see how actual events transpire.

Hello Sunday, good to see you looking in here. As you know, I very rarely post or look in on any board - I have my long term holdings, such as MMX and am more than happy to see those play out over the coming years.

I noted this from having incidently caught the interview with the CEO and looking further, making the very obvious conclusion that an imminant need for cash was required. As you quite rightly say, once that's addressed, the potential here can start to play out as strategic milestones get hit.

It's difficult to commit to buying in until clarity on any cash call is established, albeit people can always take a 'staggered' buying approach if they so wish.
