The salary is the salary , if he delivered tk on time then I guess most would say money well spent.

But I totally agree with hasiba, tobget such a large bonus from a company not making cash and then look shareholders in the eye while diluting them is a little unethical to put it politely.

He then effectively pays himself via services his company provide via Semarang where he's the sole director with his Mrs.

Tries to move the sti bonus (i dont mind incentives but to try and change sneakly should be a red flag) foe his benifit alone , and he has took millions of free shares in the process over the years , i mean he's doing it left right and centre.

When was the last time harry put his hand in his pocket and parted with real cash for shares, he's far too tight to do that and certainly setting himself up for a wealthy retirement

I post something that was in kefis intrim report , section 12.1 to he exact , and instead of debating why in earth a 285k bonusbhas been paid out , you simply type attack the poster for posting it.

Don't you think it's any relevance to your investment?

Are you not intrested in why that bonus has been paid out , or what's been done to justify such a large amount of effectively your money?

Instead you simply dismiss it and concentrate on attacking posters like myself , and the ironic thing I'm supposed to he the trouble maker.

· Detailed engineering for procurement;

· Community consultations on social development plans; and

· Recruitment and other organisational development.

Concurrent closing of project financing:

· Independent monitoring over the next few months that Early Works' field activities progress on schedule under the newly established policing and related safety protection systems;

For me konso is simply a licence that needs a lot of time and money spent on it. Harry would of picked it up for absolute peanuts , and at a time when no-one else wanted it or has wanted it for a long long time. I genuinly feel this was aimed as a distraction.

To put 5m value on ultimately a bit of land for me is unrealistic. However since you have reduced the value to zero I can't debate with that point.

With the sheer overhang of shares from the last placement, I don't think there's and threat of the s.p multiplying x6 before Xmas.

Of course if gigamtic regular buys happen in the next 3 days and the saudi sale goes through for 70m (extremely unlikley time line or price imvho) and finamce is signed off even though harry has suggested best timeline early 2025 then it may get to a penny.

But I'm confident Xmas share price is nearer today's price then it will be to 3p

Have I commented or disagreed with the news coming from Ethiopia last couple of days , nope because I generally agree it's good news for companys in kefi position, the way some go on about it you would think it was set up only for kefi but generally it wasn't a argument worth getting into as its a positive step.

I simply challenge and will continue to challenge obscene statements such as harry got the government to move the bill forward in December. Such comments serve zero purpose to a investor forum and seem to go completely unchallenged because its positive for the agenda here.

As I said the afc is generally a positive step for kefi , it jist hasn't moved the s.p like some predicted. But not Xmas yet , so that conversation can be had another day.
