If i had said konso has zero resource and will he a complete waste of money then I can assurenyou many here would have something to say about it , many would call me troll , deramper etc etc.

Getting excited about a licence I guess is down to the individual , if I'm not doesn't mean others shouldn't , but it is also incredibly misleading to suggest there's a resource that can be extracted which is full of value which kefi can extract.

When the likley reality is that is years away and will need a lot of cost and a lot of funding.

For others to say giving us a resource for this licence is incredibly good buisness , again I disagree , bit I think a bit of realism needs to be had on that at this moment in time it's simply just a licence with previous indicators that a major walked away from.

Yep my mistake , not 2 decades , I still don't get the excitement , that will only come from drill results

clearly you know more then kefi , otherwise they wouldn't be mapping and trenching which everyone knows is very early stage exploration.

the real truth is you have absolutely no idea if Konso even holds a deposit let alone a commercially viable one

Rob there is no denying that kefi geos have done some fantastic work in the past, quite extraordinary actually.

but we are swapping a existing resource in a country that is desperate for overseas investment , for a licence that needs tons and tons of money as well as time to prove there is even a deposit there.

it hasn't been touched in nearly 2 decades and makes you wonder why, that said it certainly doesn't mean nothing is there , just wondering why so much excitement on this particular licence.

licences are picked up all the time but exploration company's this is no different

vale walked away from it who are a global , that's not to say nothing is there , for instance Newmont walked away from Havieron before ggp struck the big time.

but if trenching , mapping ,and geophysics on areas vale had no interest in are first up , then i would suggest this is the correct way but shows this is very very early stage exploration and many years and costs from a potential discovery

Did I say kefi were getting screwed by artar, and did I say it will take 6 months to sort out? Pretty sure i didn't , but will have to go back and read my posts.

All I'm saying is you have come uo with a price on what you think the 15% of Saudi is now worth, presume based on the relationship with artar that we will actually get that price , and how it will then reflect our share price.

I don't believe harry feels 70m is round the corner if negotiations were started 6 months ago. He wouldn't and shouldn't of done such a damaging dillutive raise.

When has harry ever fought tooth and nail for his shareholders? , and what harry says and actually does is a lot of the time 2 totally different things. You also have to remember these interviews are pre recorded and given the go-ahead to publish. Harry will hardly say his partnership is anything but friendly. And would of seen it first.

I do however appreciate your debate, there's a lot of conjecture in both our posts , and I think we will have to agree to disagree on current standing of events .

I would also argue , if harry had no desire to move saudi forward. (After all he didn't wake up one day and think I'll sell it) why not negotiate with artar 6 months ago.

If he truly felt he could get 70-80m for it , why not sell it already. Not only would if of added incredible value to the balance sheet. Shareholders wouldn't of been diluted billions of shares , and on top of that the s.p would of reacted where he can excise some warrants or be in his bonus window.

Instead it's being suggested harry does a huge dilutive raise a few weeks before getting transformational money.

I'm convinced looking back over deals very few have been done on mates terms.

Bacanora and ganfeng were supposed to have a great relationship , but that resulted in a full takeover that was terrible for shareholders.

Even kodal and Haninan who had a smooth transaction are now arguing over a 15m payment which has dropped kodals share price.

I agree artar is probably the only suitors , doesn't mean they will pay kefi millions more then what it's worth or what they are willing to pay.

Buisness is buisness , and Harry's dealings which has led to kefis financial problem certainly isn't artars problem.

Why did harry not say we are in negotiations with artar for the remaining 25% , but shareholders need to be aware , any possible transaction will result in the 10m owed being paid back to artar.

You say you reckon 25% deal with artar prob already completed, 70m coming our way, easily a extra 1p on the share price and it can drop anytime so watch this space. Nothing below suggests anything even near to what you are saying

A strategic review is being conducted by the two partners of GMCO, KEFI and its majority partner, Abdulrahman Saad AlRashid & Sons ("ARTAR"). Initial conclusions include that KEFI forego its right to contribute US$10 million and maintain its 25% GMCO shareholding and, instead, accept dilution to 15% of GMCO. That is now being implemented formally.

In addition, the ongoing business planning scenarios currently being evaluated include the potential sale of KEFI's residual 15% shareholding, the potential proceeds of which would be receivable by KEFI.

Any sale of KEFI's remaining GMCO shareholding will be based on open market valuations which, the KEFI Director's believe is expected to be, following consultations with market analysts, at a significant premium to the read-through valuation of this transaction with ARTAR which was based on historical cost only. However, this is a potential future transaction and there can be no guarantee of the outcome

Ok grown up talk , Where are you getting this 50m from? How are you getting to that figure , and do you really think harry can pull off a figure of 50m plus when he's just given 10% away for 10m leaving only 15% of saudi (which in my eyes is a catastrophe)

Even ggp buying havieron from newmont took nearly 2 months.and they were partners. Due diligence would of been done before the buy of telfer etc.

So I'm intrigued why some genuinly think harry might be in Saudi signing off a deal , or some are expecting a rns as early as today to say ones been completed , I would expect harry to say a deal has been agreed with blah blah blah for x amount of cash and all parties are working hard to complete the transaction blah blah blah

Uranium however could lead to a very exciting year, ucam and pow are to be very aggressive in this space, with deep pockets and multiple licences to be explored
