You have got me thinking about this , the bonus was paid in accounts jan to June 2024 , the only major even that I can think off is the early works (project launch) started.

Could that be the reason it was paid?

It's all a bit wishy-washy if you ask me , launching early works for me anyone doesn't justify 285k of shareholders money, but harry wouldn't of made that decision himself.

I'd also like to know more about how much he is getting paid for his services via Semarang, he effectively is paying himself via kefi which again is a bit wishy washy , what's he actually doing and how does it fall under the umbrella away from kefi.

It's why i raised the bonus, I generally wouldn't mind the answers , one poster said its been debated loads, bit i can't find a single message on the subject

Morning upshot

The 285k bonus is showing in section 12.1 of the accounts.

The sti bonus is as far as I can see is unchanged and unaffected. As shows in a separate part of the results.

The bonus is a query I raised as in all honesty I have no idea why or how it's been paid , is simply shows 285k next to director bonus.

I can't think why such a large bonus is triggered , early works hasn't finished , finance isn't over the line etc , so if a big milestone had been passed you would presume that's what it might of gone too.

Add in the raise ibfind the whole thing a little distasteful.

Bonus being legit , its in black and white so its been paid for some reason. It's jist what that reason is which is a little cloudy

Just for info sunda energy board you have 3 profiles here with the same user and prolific rampers.

Just so your all aware hubstar , shalamar and five candles I'm afraid are the same individual.

Just look at the profiles, the use of the unique phase IMVHO in their posts, all chat on the same boards ,never ever have a conversation with each other and have all found their way on the Sunda energy board at the same time.

Let's make things perfectly clear, the ONLY person in control of a individuals holding is the person that pressed the buy button, not posters on a announmous forum. No-one is messing with anyone's money.

If people are buying or selling based off comments made here they should not be investing period

If someone holds longer then they are comfortable with , because of comments made by stebo and hubster they will NOT reimburse lost money

Let's also be clear , discussing negatives, positives , general kefi stuff can only make your investment stronger , it's not a bad thing to know risks on a AIM listed stock in the exploration space.

Reality is shareholders have the right to question why a bonus has been paid of 285k , (a nice house in some parts of the uk) when you consider what's been achieved.

Personally I think it's a little distasteful, I think harry has earned enough wages and cash over the last couple of years via services and salary to warrant turning round and saying I have enough incentives in place and it wouldn't be right taking this bonus.

Would you give a bonus to a car salesman who has only sold a couple of cars last year

Would you give a bonus to a company manager who finished the year making no cash?

Would you give a bonus to a football manager who's team have just been relegated.

Would you give a bonus to a c.e.o who has diluted shareholders into oblivion , still not met his timelines , and generally has underperformed this year.
