Now the B.B is a bit quieter I wanted to bring up the subject of freedom of speech.

Freedom of speech is free, and EVERYONE is allowed to express It , the beauty of freedom of speech is it brings out various different opinions that can offer some intresting debate.

On this B.B especially in the last 6 to 8 weeks that freedom of speech has only been allowed providing it covers certain topics and agendas. The moment topics such as debt , a long road to recovery or a falling S.P are mentioned ( only a few examples ) that persons rightful opinion is drowned out by a huge backlash, they have thier post history dissected and made to feel that thier opinion is not worth the same as others. Sometimes they will even be told to go away for the weekend and think about what they have written , something I find bizarre.

I'm convinced we have lost a lot of decent posters who used to offer intresting debate for fear of the above. These posters used to be from all over and from different backgrounds. And it's this B.B loss they have gone.

The word troll , forked tounges , day traders , and comparisons to IDW are words commonly and unfairly used to posters that have given up a lot of thier time over many many months. For anyone that didn't know IDW his posts would consist something like sell now, cine will be bankrupt cull stop, thats my definition of a troll, someone that tells you what to do with your shares and offers no opinion other then a headline and statement.

Opinions are allowed to change , I mentioned earlier after fimancials I didn't think we would see under 90p again , that was my opinion at the time , I was wrong , here we are at under 80p . However it doesn't mean I regreat my investments , and it doesn't mean I don't believe in the future of cineword. But we are not AMAZON either , we do have our problems hence why we are a volitile recovery stock , and these problems should be allowed to be discussed in a reasonable manner.

I got caught up in the arguing recently , something I regreat , my character has been labeled various names amd targeted and unjustified in my opinion and I bit back, I don't regreat my content or reply simply I regreat lowering my standards to getting involved.

So my message to anyone , ANYONE that reads this post or bulletin board, feel free to offer your opinions , there is a huge difference between posting with your rightful opinion and being a troll.

Opinions are allowed to change , it doesn't mean you are any less invested in cineworld or I certainly doesn't mean your opinion doesn't matter.

I have noticed a lot of patience in this share tested last couple of weeks. And for those that have took the time to post I totally understand your frustrations.

I remember posting after financials when we dropped to 90 odd pence that we would never see lows like that again. How wrong was I, a few months later and we sit at just under 80p a share , so I guess a lot of people who brought In here between 90p and the 124 high we had, now see thier investment drop deep in the red.

I brought at mids 40s and I topped up again after financials to sit at a ave 68p a share , I experienced the rns to say we were shut and watch my investment plunge DEEP in the red for it to then recover over time. It wasn't a pleasant time.

This isn't a rally I will repeat what I have said in many posts , I also sit here a little frustrated , im not frustrated with my investment I'm convinced it will turn good, I get frustrated when I reevaluate my timeline here , I thought I would be gone this summer , realistically i will be here until end of year earliest, but I'm willing to give this volitile share the time and patience it needs to not only recover but make my exit point reality.

For those that want to bail its your money your choice , absolutly no-one can tell you otherwise , my personal advice Is don't sell on a huge dip, we have freedom day coming up which I am convinced will make a difference to the s.p , see what happens after the 19th then reevaluate , we will know in 2 weeks what will happen as it will be announced by the P.M a week before hand. Forcast strongly indicate 19th will be the end.

Always remember it's only a paper loss until you hit the sell button, personally i will continue to hold my nerve and most certainly continue holding my shares. I will sell when i make that decision to do so.

I hope anyone that reads this finds the enthusiasm to hold on a little longer , at least until after the 19th , if you sell best of luck to you and sorry it didn't work out , if you stay let's carry on enjoying the bumpy cine ride.

Another takeover thread , intresting article and contrary to some belief I can assure you like everyone else I would love to see a takeover , have always said that, however that doesn't mean I have to believe one will happen.

There has been good argument why a takeover could happen and weighing it up I'm not convinced.

Firstly the article is misleading , its asking a question in its headline hence the question mark , it then goes on to say there has been silence from Netflix for over a year , so where has the takeover source come from.

2) there is absolutly no other news anywhere regarding a Netflix takeover , only this article , will we now take mootly fools articles seriously? He makes some valid points but for all I know that person could be Jordan.

3) there is historical beef between cineworld and Netflix

On top of that I believe cinemas felt a little let down by streaming services during the pandemic when they choose to go straight to streaming.

Now before the hate comes I REPEAT I hope a takeover happens, I genuinly do and at the end of the day money talks , all I'm doing is saying I hope im wrong bit I don't think it will happen and some of the reasons why. I haven't even mentioned the debt a company would take on.

There is no mob here regarding a takeover , and there has certainly never been one led by me , just because I share a different opinion to most doesn't mean my opinion is any less value.

After the afterhours price yesterday I was expecting the initial drop to the same figure, let's hope the s.p can push on from here today , I still believe a exceptional day will still under value us slightly, but any day blue these days I will take

It appears after hours has caused a bit of drop back to 81 , I'm hoping this is a error however last couple of times it has been correct.

Lithium has gone up lots today on certain shares , most notably zinnwald who I'm also with , this is jist a waiting game and prices like this are early door ones

What I will say is those 2 have endured today what they put to people most days here,and for some time, and there was going to be a time when posters bit back.

I've absolutly NO apology to those 2 , and I'm sick of the double standards they have, the laws in which they try and create and the sheer cheek to have threads deleted and posts reported if against thier view. And I hope this time they keep Me filtered.

I'm invested here and have been for a while , like a lot of others I'm also invested in bacanora. So this is a question from a genuine shareholder.

How can the sale of bacanora to gangfang be good for zinnwald? Let's not forget a offer actually hasn't been made yet but I agree it will inevitably.

However what makes you think gangfang won't offer to buy zinnwald when they will already have a nice stake here.
What makes people think it will be an offer 4 or 5 times the the current sp .

Let's be blunt bacanora will have a very poor offer made to them of 67.5p a share by gangfang , thats a offer no higher then s.p has been at some point in the year, so why gangfang would offer more here is beyond me , to top it all off zinnwald have just reappointed secker as a director here, the very man that has recommended bacanoras sale.

It's like deja vu and something I would encourage all of zunnwalds shareholders to keep a close eye on in the future.
