Hello all I have sent the following email regarding k2 to investor relations, it was a rush job as busy at work , I'll let you know if they respond, as I said I'm confident no court leak has happened but I would be interested to know how cineworld feel about it. Of a few here have raised it then maybe they have, anyway the short email is as follows

Good afternoon sir/madam.

I regularly view and post on the cineworld lse bulletin board and was wondering if you could answer the following question regarding the recent short position k2 & associates investment management inc have recently took.

Cineworld are currently awaiting a desicion on the outcome of its court case with cineplex which like k2 are also based in Canada.

Are cineworld concerned that perhaps a court leak has happened which has led to k2 making this descion to short our stock?.

The location of both party's ( the court and k2) and the timing of taking out a short (at what hopes is the bottom of a huge dip) seems too much of a coincidence and a unusual time to consider borrowing lots of our shares.

I would be interested to hear your thoughts

For the record I don't think there has been a court leak!!! Just look at my recent posts you will see this.

However you clearly missed the point I was trying to make ,which was there are some posters here that post positives about cine , for example wasn't it Wellington who suggested a s.p forcast of around 1.50 recently , that's all OK because it fits in with the agenda right.

On my reply to mountainous I said some posters are just trying to work out in their heads why the drops , some say court leaks , some say m.ms some say the variant , some say debt some say other market cap , truth is no-one knows why, might be a combination.

So if some sound completely unrealistic to you it certainly doesn't all of a sudden make them snakes , derampers or trolls , it's just there way of trying to work out why the s.p has dropped the way it has. By all means disagree with the opinion but try not to be personal to posters who offer a lot more then the real trolls who are only here to disrupt, there is a difference you know.

Labelling other posters old members that used to post here is also disrespectful to that poster, and the moment your blood is boiling over reading anonymous posts in a bulletin board it might be time to put the phone down for a day or so.

Agree bigtrader , it's clear from what he said he has been working in court recently , so prob has more court knowledge then a lot of us

Nice post mountainous but I'd think majority believe this already, I think what the majority struggle with including myself is trying to understand the drops when buisness is doing well considering where we are in our recovery.

If we lost the court today or we announced more debt , diluted and added more shares we would be saying not great but a expected drip.

Not understanding it leads to the negative thought process on trying to work it out hence why some believe

Everyone has a opinion and rightly so.

Some express these concerns, comes across as negative and then leads to the arguments similar to the way say Wellington was treated last night.

We don't know the reasons obviously hence why everyone's trying to guess what the reasons are.

But I with you , can't be held down for long especially if we get the right results in court case , spiderman , financials and the new variant not being as much of a threat then first feared

If the market cap has dropped then wouldn't that mean a drop in the s.p?

Personally I think it needs to be official news from over here , let them do their data and then announce it in the media here

As I just said in another thread if there is a court case link someone forgot to send the memo to cineplex who are nearly 5% down.

Bit cineplex are currently down nearly 5% , do you think someone forgot to send them the memo they won the court case.

I'm not sure the relationship is alsobtheir for cineplex to buy cineworld , after all they are trying to destroy them for a couple of billion, would be a bit cheeky to then say hey let's forgot about all that , can we buy you out.

Just my opinion , but don't think the courtcase has been settled yet

Glad to see you hear nofear , a welcome surprise, a few of the regulars at cine are here too , it's how I found out about this one after a tip from a couple of the better posters.

I sold here to buy more cine and regretted it instantly , I should of just top sliced a couple rather then top slice aswell as sell these,i then waited for placing price hoping it would go to 8p , thankfully it did.

Jumped back in on velocys Sammy earlier today , regretted it as soon as i sold it
Used it to help bring my average down here along with top slicing some others. It gets more expensive to average down doesn't it.

Anyway with the cheaper rate I got in at i reckon it needs to be nearly 10p to cover the loss from before, I'm not adding to cine now unless it drops further, bit will top slice from others.

Velocys can stay on the sidelines for a couple of years now and see where it goes especially now they have 25m to spend

Sammy I agree with everything you say , but the line stops with some of these clowns.
They are not here to offer advice, only to disrupt, they are not here to help people again only to disrupt.

Maybe a shorter, maybe some spotty teenager at home on his p.c laughing everytime someone responds. Maybe someone that gets kicks from the attention who knows.

I'll continue to take your own advice , treat them as dog ****e who can be filtered and will dry out over time.

This melt now on filter , if people wish to listen to this clown after I have published some of his posts this week regarding shorting stock that's your choice. Look at his posting history it's free for all and tells you exactly the type of poster he is.
Anyone not invested here but always offers gloomy advice for free and as a mate you should always be suspicious off.

If you decide to sell based on this clowns post and without doing it for your own reasons then your a bigger clown.

My opinion only , bit that's now 4 in the bin , he joins pastyc pawelbek and aiminghigh , and the place is so much better without them

I also agree Alex if this new variant proves to be less deadly and its able to be the dominant strand and take over delta it can only be positive news.

Just booked my booster and was surprised the earliest appointment is early Jan 2022.

To me this is pretty good news , if we can maintain between 300k to 500k boosters a day it will amount to a high booster vaccination rate.

With luck this will continue to put the UK amongst one of the best country's in the UK to deal with covid and whatever it wants to throw at us this winter

(shorting lending a stock from a broker waiting for the stock to fall then giving the broker stock back and keeping the money for on price between open and fall)
