Results will be a lot better the march 2020 , even thought the s.p it approx 45p lower then that day.

Results will also show a lot of work still needs doing.

Progress is all we can ask of for in a recovery share , and while inadmit the s.p hasn't shown that this past 12 months I'm convinced we will be in a much better place as a buissness then march 2020.

The judgement is a big one, if Results show march 2023 that the judgement is sorted by either reduced award of settlement which will also equal reduced award and we continue to show progress in our returning numbers and filling up the empty slots in the valences with new product I genuinly believe the patience will be rewarded.

There's no getting away from it this is a longer hold then many of us realised , when invested most here thought covid was the only obstacle, how wrong were we lol

I still have faith , less patience, but the patience and time to see this through unless something major changes that where I need to reevaluate

We had a trading update in Novememer followed by a additional 1 in December
We have have had confirmation of the judgement as negative as it was , and then we had confirmation we would appeal.
Update on Regal dissenting shareholders agreement has been passed on to us on to say they are seeking a extension and another to say ots been granted.

Surly what we all want to know now is how the finances are doing , we'll in 2 weeks time we get to hear where every penny has gone.

Russia invading Ukraine has effected our s.p , but that is market sentiment not cine related , sure there is a few rns around from firms located in Russia but we are not. Any investor knows its buissness as usual.

At times I get mooky can be quiet , but right now I'm struggling to think of a topic that isn't coming in the next 2 weeks , or one that hasn't been said to us via correspondence that needs mentioning.

Covid restrictions are dropped , we are fully operational and our results are out in 2 weeks. This can be a frustrating share no doubt , and at the moment I read frustrations rather then genuine issues with mookys lack of voice due to the s.p.

Family's all over the world that have loved ones in Ukraine worrying about their health and safety.

You can't get away from it , its on the radio , every news channel, every paper and I'm sure in most conversations throughout the day. Bzohdan any appeal that results in a reduction on out judgement is a positive.

Currently we lost the case and have been told to pay a large sum of money , which was a negative result , any appeal will be a positive result because our current state of play is a huge judgement.

It's like saying the s.p moving up to say £1 in the next few months isn't a positive because back in 2017 it was a lot higher back then .

Our current baseline has a s.p of 37-38 and a gigantic judgement.
Any move in the s.p north or reduced judgement while might not be where we want it will be a positive in my eyes

I came on here a few months ago and said u will wait for a buy in , after the last news it was obvious it will be some time before anything big came out to move the price.

Unlike you top diamond I brought some today , the markets have reacted to Russia/Ukraine and the trend the last few months have been up and down like a yoyo , so I see good value trying to earn some picket money at the price , will look to sell at 33/34 and see if there is a further drop.

For me selling 5m shares at this price unless you obviously need the money Is crazy , I was always told to buy the dip sell high, not for everyone I guess
