My point about the board , same posters prob with multiple identity with the same hym sheet that we have heard again and again and again and................again.

These posters will turn up in days like this only , red days and the obvious reason they are around a lot latley is because there's been a lot of red days.

Wait till a day the s.p moves north , there silence will speak volumes, and the reason they don't come on these days is its hard to convince posters there agenda when the s.p moves north

S.p was at the time 21. Now all of a sudden its a dog of a share, because the s.p has dropped. Look around you will prob see its not jist cineworld , I would refer you to funinvestors recent post to show this

Cineworld had too much debt, enough to sink the company. Called it early. Called it right.

Heard this from better derampers 2 years ago , 18months ago 12 months ago , 6 months ago and now from you.

Only difference is the reasons first it was debt then covid , then streaming then the war , then cost of living and now the court case.

Cineworlds s.p granted reflects this , to countershaft argument trading continues to get stronger and have never failed to secure extra liquidity as and when required.

I hope we don't get a heavy snow storm in winter otherwise every one will be snowed in and won't visit the Cinema. Your like a broken record , oceanpassage more like something similar to a backpassage

Metom yes I'm still here , haven't sold a single one of my shares , certainly won't be at these prices and intend on going NOWHERE for the long foreseeable future.

The problem is most opinions who I value here have been pretty quiet of late. Has led to a pretty horrid board

I believe this is gonna take time a lot of it , although appeal date is in fact moving a lot closer now. I believe other LTH who I value also believe this will take time , so instead of posting for the sake of posting they choose to use that time away from here , ( a wise choice ).

The board is filled with the likes of Oceanpassage, giantsquid, insiderinfo , themadstork, and some one hit wonders that have a single message here trying to create arguments we had over a year ago. With the lowlifes back then.

Make absolutly no mistake these chaps have shorts open , their entitled to do that and have a opinion that this will go down , they will NOT be here once their target price is reached, in other words If this went to say 5p they will be long gone by then and new shorts will be here.

Have said it before they are simply here to create doubt , cause havoc and use this forum as an agenda to Try and make people sell their shares in the hope the s.p goes down , no other reason does it make sence for a shorter to go on a INVESTOR FORUM. Other then they speak to many cineworld investors at the same time.

S.p is ridiculous, a complete disaster as far as my investment goes. But those posters mentioned did not know a year ago of the war in Ukraine, price of living issues etc , these things fell into place for them to spread their fud.
It's a bit like a ramper screaming after a successful court win later this year that he knew 100% it would happen, when in fact that would be a lie, no-one here knows for certain the court desicion , we can only invest based on our beliefs on what may happen.

These people are not offering free financial advice and I would always be very wary of listening to people telling you to buy or sell shares of a public forum.

To the ones that offer decent opinion , thanks for continuing to make the effort and offering some decent content , Hexham you have posted some good stuff recently , and nice to see some other lth have posted the last week or so , some i have known here a long time but haven't seen post here for a while .

For now I'll continue looking in from my sunbed in kos until I'm back next week , I continue to believe the company trading continues to move in the right direction and in my heart believe its only a matter of time before the disastrous s.p changes for the better.

Basically ggp like here were completely overrun from a group of trolls who like to spin every thread.
If you look at the top 10 most recommended users a lot post on ggp , number 1 spot was banned from lse for posting a lot of info against m.m and shorts.

Anyway a group of them created their own website , links sent through telegram once proved you are a genuine investor and then sent a link to the site.

Consequences of that is we can talk or positive and negatives , or lurk like me as much more in the know regarding grades etc then me and have a sensible debate rather then the usual b.s created here by the idiots.

I notice investorinfo who os a prime example seems to talk like this is now undervalued and amazingly others gibe him time of day. A look back on his posts you will see very recently his opinion was far different to what it is now.

This board used to be a great board , but filled with idiots like yourself that like yo give posters financial advice based on how they are invested in this share.

A lot of posters like to mock this share when it's down, come on red days, a lot of posters that have a genuine intrest in this share are micked everytime they post something, trolls get way involved in threads that are not intended for them.

Then we have the countless fool posts etc.
I would rather listen to cruis and go go on about a film then why world war 3 will send this share to zero.

Ultimately this is a long waiting game , its easier to look at company updates through rns and official news in the background rather then listening to wet wipes like yourself.

Personally if the worst case scenario happened and cineworld lost their appeal I would hope hey just work on ways to just pay it off and put the whole covid , legal battles , and anything else holding us back behind us.

I think its easy to say hostile takeover , but where on earth is that money gonna come from, raise more debt to acquire something from people that prob have a similar relationship as lth and shorters.

Of I was cineplex I would be saying OK pay the fine and then once that's paid we will sit round a table and negotiate fresh talks. You can't be fined and then say OK we will pay the money but chuck in your company as a extra , we will owe it regardless.

Refusing to pay from the company the size as us will simply mean any lenders will be wary of lending money in the future , and with our well documented money issues rigjt now keeping lenders onside and demonstrating we take our finances seriously is really important.

With luck it's a pointless debate because a vastly reduced fine is in my opinion the likely outcome

December2021 cineworld loses court case , over a billion dollar fine , s.p plummets again but appeal to be lodged.
Feb 2022 russia invade Ukraine, stock market recacts negatively.
March 2022 more debt added to the pile in results , half a billion if I’m correct, while the reduced loss compared to last year Is expected a up hill battle remains , good trading update on returning numbers.
April may , cost of living rises fastest in 40 years , causing further issues with the global share prices.

Conclusion its my opinion mooky has guided cineworld through a more turbulent time then people remember or give credit for. Sure he has not communicated as best he could , I have been a critic at times for this but...
Trolls here have said covid end of cinema it wasn’t.

Now Trolls say a loss to the appeal is the end for cineworld . After all we have been through beaten to the ground , kicked while at most vulnerable , this tough old bird simply starts getting back up dust down , heavily bruised and continues to fight.
Time now needed to heal, and after the beating we have had lots of it , but after all we have been through even if the court case is lost I’m convinced cineworld will still be around afterwards.
Win we see a better s.p , lose I load up to bring my average down. After court I don’t see anything else that brings us back down , obviously the trolls will see different.

It’s a message that likes to pop up in the middle of threads to simply create doubt, I have seen some recently , and they are normally very subtle , lose the court case its the end for cineworld. But is it???, of course no-one here can predict the future but let’s think what this tough old bird has been through.

 

January 2020 we start hearing of this deadly virus from China,  not many take much notice , after all its other side of the world , all while we are around £1.90 a share .

Fast forward 2 months and end of march boris is announcing a nationwide lockdown , stocks plummet as the realism hits that this is a lot more serious then first thought.

Cineworld already in debt is forced to close its doors while everyone is told to stay home for the next 3 weeks. Panic buying sets in but unfortunately no panic trips to the cinema No income for us then!!!

16th April 2020 boris announces the expected extended lockdown for a further 3 weeks , another blow to cineworld. However by the end of April we are told lockdown will be eased.

Mid June reopen of non essential shops can open , but with a 2 metre social distance rule , hardly great news for us , will limit capacity in what we hope will be a saviour of a film called Tennant.

July 2020 local lockdowns are announced ,Leicester being the first , as local city’s are forced to lockdown so are our cinemas.

September 2020 we see another kick to the nuts, hospitality sector has a 10pm curfew.

October 2020 bond announces they are to yet again delay screening bond , a film seen as a positive to get bums on seats and get some much needed revenue. As a consequence mooky does the unthinkable and temporary closes all cinemas until further notice. A move to potentially save the buissness. Extra liquidity also found.

Share price as a consequence dives.

January 2021 a new variant of covid which transmitted easily comes our way  forcing the UK into a 3rd national lockdown. However a vaccine is on the verge of being introduced.

Mid Feb boris announces a timeline for lifting lockdown , we are last in line to reopen in mid April .typical right!!!

March 2021 results are out , we add a few extra billion to our debt pile , but mooky also announces buisness is much better run due to negotiations on our entire expenditure.

Mid May we slowley reopen. Social distance and a max of x amount of households allowed to mix, deal with Warner bros shows us some studios stick with the cinema , as other  choose to stream directly to their own networks. Trading update shows Peter rabbit has done well and nearly 100% of cinemas are open. 203m in us cares act recieved

June 2021 yet  more liquidity needed and secured  ,  trading update continues to move in the right direction.

Aug 2021 , interim results show more progress , however not good reading , times are getting hard.

November trading update shows very good progress after bond, however lack of films from the shutdown of studios and
