Cheapsharesboy I'm new to thos and only found out earlier today they are in debt and lots of it.

You seem a boy in the know.

Can you give me a run down on the debt , who's cines money man in control of the finances, when are the financial results and when are they due.
Why has the s.p dropped so much in the last year.

For the first time ever I agree with the jerk.

Simply refusing to pay will damage the company.
Who will lend us money in the future.

What happens if you refuse to pay your mortgage, you could end up losing the house and gain any future credit.

Refusing to pay I would imagine is simply not a option even being talked about. Best case sit down with plex and say yep we owe but you vast get blood out of a stone , and one to some arrangement that suits all.

If roles were reversed would you suggest cine do the same and take whatever after a 1.2b dollar judgement in their favour.

I would suggest as shareholders however likley or unlikely that figure is we would want every penny.

Cineplex are in a nice position as they at least have a starting point , and 1.2b ain't a bad place to start. It's now down to us to prove it shouldn't be that much and convince the judges they need to drop it substantially , I would imagine that's why cineplex are doing a counter appeal to stop it dropping too much.

I expect and hope for a reduced award , I don't think it will be chucked out in our favour, what does needs to change is our lawyers doing a better job of what we done last time.

I have had many extended time frames tegop , I expected to be long gone from this over 18 months ago.

I don't have a specific time frame now , however I also don't need the money either from this share yet , so at the moment i will give this share as long as it takes, hoping the rest of my portfolio does OK.

Averaged down many times , have a holding bigger then I ever imagined with an average of 40p , highly unlikley I will top up until I know the direction the company will take beyond the appeal.

Win the appeal i see my drop to a 40p average wise choices.

Lose the appeal I either top up providing what cine say and do , or simply put the shares in a top drawer and forget about them for a few years.

Either way will be a intreting couple of months with the expected dialogue everyone is craving from the firm

But fair market value which you used to ramp mcbrides undervalued cine by over 97%.

Why use them for analysis on some stocks but not others. Either they are that good you listen to them or that irrelevant your ramp is worthless.

Or its a simple case you go long on mcbride and short on cine and use certain messages to highlight your investments.

Ie you will only see good in some and bad in others.

Mobile is a 16p stock and he thinks fair value is 2.46.

If this is the case why listen to simply wall street on mobiles but when they say cine is 97% undervalued it's irrelevant in your analysis of cine.

I'm wondering if squid has actually read his posting history , an expert in many many fields, yet offers acctually very little when you read into the message. It's all to get a opinion of buy or sell depending on how hes invested.

The biggest smile is the vast amount of contradiction in his posts depending on what board.

The big one for me without doubt is what happens Oct 12th-13th , this will have a bigger impact on out future. This of course is now only jist over 2 months away.
