It absolutely stinks, the SP has tanked, UK Holders are unable to sell & there’s no update.

Just provide an update for all that is holy.

I have gone from a huge profit here to a fair loss.

There is still no response from the BOD, this nasdaq only listing has been ****ed up again, no Accustem, no updates or progress. It seemed like this time last year I had been waiting a long time as well!

Although it would cost me dearly, I would almost like to see this de-list so it’s final that we have been totally duped and so the rampers (where has the plumbing guy gone now?)..) have to finally accept the reality here.

I truly hope I’m wrong but we are what 80% down or something now? No progress, trials moved back, massive cash burn, no details of anything at all whatsoever.

What happened after the 6 months SPMS Compassionate use trial?

What happened with the Tanakawa search for a partner?

What happened with the precision deal?

Fmab trials?

Why the main market listing then delisting?

Just hopeless & embarrassing for some of the big names involved here.

They moved to main market then delisted TILS. Pathetic loser share, I wonder if people will be wiser next time. I can genuinely foresee a class action here

To be fair they have been massively bullish for the last 12 months. Almost Everything they’ve done done has turned out to be bull (ish!).

Some of the other LTH would have you hung, drawn and quartered if you even question the BOD or progress but the behaviour is just indefensible now.

All trials pushed back, loads of cash burn, no Accustem or TLSA updates. WTF is happening!

No, you’ve got it totally wrong. $800 x 20 = $16,000 but you then need to divide your 5000 by 20 which gives you 250…

And you’re wrong anyway as the consolidation is 10 for 1 on the ADS listed on the OTC currently & 20 for 1 for TILS holders on the Ex date.

If you divide your shares by half, you have half as much but they are worth twice as much.

It literally makes no difference wether they do 1 billion for 1 split or 2 for 1 split… the underlying percentage of the company that you will own will be the same

I wonder if it’s merely a coincidence that this has been published exactly 6 months after the start date of the MS Trial!

The amount of times I’ve topped up & checked these boards (and stocktwits/ADVFN etc) for updates is soul destroying. There is a group on telegram but you can’t say anything remotely factual without being accused of de-ramping.

I Have been a defender of the team with Tils/Accustem debacle but it just beggars belief now

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, this either reeks of a buyout/JV or big news or it’s just pathetic shoddy lifestyle leadership. I’m sick of discussing the CV’s of employees here and how they are working on the next best thing, it’s currently burning cash with NO UPDATES. I’m sure some of them have had illustrious careers and are phenomenal in their field but the real important thing is the BOD & specifically GC & KS.

Why no god damn updates?

Are they waiting for the 40 day quiet period to end?

I don’t expect things overnight but if I have to look at one more investor call conference I am going to launch my phone out of the window!

I knew I should have sold as soon as those covid results came, I have held on and held on and the team have seemingly made no progress in a year.

I apologise to them if they are reading this and unable to discuss things, but come on, we have all waited long enough now.

The thing that gripes me the most currently is not actually the share price. That is pretty much beyond their control. It’s the smoke and mirrors and the BS about covid trials blah blah.

What I want to know is if these positions are permanent and full time and if so, WHAT DO THEY DO ALL DAY? The company has no logistics, few staff, no products, does it even have any research ongoing at the moment?

What do 13+ staff do most of the day?

Don’t get me wrong, I know In business there are always 10000x more things to do and time just flies but I would be nice to know that SOMETHING is happening in the background.

Every day I still expect to receive an RNS / Press release announcing something big with these guys.

Will repeat my previous sentiment in that either the BOD are totally useless, slow or incompetent or there are big things happening in the background. My gut feeling is the latter after the precision Bio details.

I would like to think that there are NDA’s in place and dealings happening behind closed doors. We still don’t have details of the precision deal and there’s probably good reason for that. Hopefully won’t be long before there is some transparency. 1 year with little info!

Oh, I also picked up a few more Accustem On the OTC market before it went to OTC Pink. My thinking was that last year I was holding TILS at a much higher price to get those free shares & if I could pick. A lot more up for next to nothing then why not. Think my average price on them was say $0.22-$0.25 equating to roughly 10p a share. A blind gamble but could be very cheap considering a lot of us were holding TILS @ £2 level for the demerger previously to get these shares (if it ever happens).

I am peeved at the process and utterly fed up but couldn’t care less if it becomes worth the wait!…

I remember watching a proactive interview with GC last year and he said that Accustem would be listed either in November or December! Said that the value of the 2 business split would hopefully be a lot more (like Renalytix demerger 3.5 times the value when split).

This sure is frustrating but it MUST be sold or Partnered with someone else, surely?

I just bought more Accustem on the OTC to average down and considering what we were having to pay for tils last year to get the entitlements! No one knows if it’s cheap or dear currently (ACMSY) but I got plenty for my money.

Downside is that HL gave a warning that it could actually be untradable tomorrow on the OTC pinks… I really hope that the BOD have something up their sleeve or agreements NDA’s as I just can’t fathom what is going on. I keep buying TILS (now bought some TLSA actually) and ACMSY but it just looks desperate.

The precision deal came out of nowhere but there are NO further details on that either!!!

Maybe someone is looking to buy them but wants all these things finalised first?

Maybe precision etc have option agreements to exercise at a set price with TILS and they need to be clear? Who knows currently…

I hear what you’re saying, but omco is like “finding a needle in a haystack”. The extension is certainly there to some degree, if they strike that in follow up drilling then it could well be bonanza grade!
