Can’t normally be arsed with this kind of stuff but have made a complaint today to HL.

Wether it’s them or HSBC or tils, I don’t really care. I just want to know.

Shareholders here have had an unbelievably tough time, made worse by brokers & amplified massively by bad management unfortunately.

If this had been handled properly we may have stayed around the 60p level and got a leg up from there when the tide turns in the biotech sector. As it stands, we will be lucky if we aren’t below 20p at the end of the month.

No Accustem still. It’s just disgusting behaviour from the BOD of tils, and if anyone wants to argue that they aren’t involved any more then that’s fine, it’s disgusting behaviour from the BOD of Accustem who just so happen to be the same people.

Big mistake I made here was letting myself believe there could be a buyout in the background and I had buyout FOMO.

The reality it seems is that Is the main tool they have in their arsenal to stop investors pulling the plug. They always say they cant discuss it, have done since 2020 (aside from once when KS let slip that big pharma aren’t interested unless there is a lot more data At later phases).

I hope there is something in the background going on but I highly doubt it.

Hopefully we reach that quickly so Long sufferers.. I mean long term holders… can average down and dump this at the next BS spike up to this range or whatever.

I wouldn’t worry about it. Collectively shareholders have lost hundreds of millions & the bod can’t even be bothered to comment. Uk shareholders unable to trade on some accounts still.

Biotech sector has been hammered so that’s not the bod fault but the mishandling of Accustem, poor comms, missed trials & treating shareholders with contempt most certainly is!

Just avoid the issue, That seems to be GC & KS tactic which is probably why the renalytix main guy was sticking the knife in at the dechert conference. He kind of implied that tils hasn’t been honest with shareholders when disagreeing totally with GC about issues with aim. Said aim did really well for him as he was always as transparent as he could be with shareholders.

GC had a face like a tils PI when he said this.

I notice on ADVFN some of the BOD are getting flack for previously sucking the cash out.

A quick search of Willy jules Simon reveals he is named in the paradise papers.

Not that I really care about that but after another search I note he is also a director of stem printer sciences Ltd which doesn’t show on companies house unless I am mistaken (shows on endole)

He is the sole director of stemprinter sciences. What is going on?

Worst performing share I have seen in the last 12 months. The whole sector is down but the mis-management here is just farcical.

95 days abs the most significant event during this period where the share price has dropped 50% is that the executive chairman has bought another sizeable percentage of the company.

It’s almost really convenient for GC that the SP has tanked. If one was to be a pessimist one could almost say that the BOD have timed this perfectly so no news is released so the SP tanks.

The SP is down 86% in the last year and I think 94% since with big pump.

No Accustem, no tradeable tils shares.

Any one that has held on and held strong as been treated with contempt.

Strangely enough the colour has changed to be very similar to the purple in exact sciences logo (who own Oncotype dx).

Maybe that is a subtle clue. It would, after all, make sense for them to acquire Accustem

GC actually said at the dechert conference that it’s a gamble switching to Nasdaq but hope it Pays off?

I can understand the fear of the price sliding by giving updates that basically say nothing but shareholders have been treated with absolute contempt.

We have even been locked out of the investor calls at the end when they only want to speak to bigger II’s.

HC Wainwright wouldn’t give any difficult questions to the BOD either. Even though they were published on the screen written by investors.

It’s a real shame the next AGM won’t be in London as I would love to get a gang of investors there to ask hard questions.

Maybe people should clump together and start a Tiziana reality website to warn others.

I couldn’t give a monkeys about the massively eroded holding that I have left, this is now a matter of principle for me. Every week I think it’s going to be fine with Accustem Lists or is sold but That’s 15 months in.

Had you bought £100,000 worth of TILS last year you would have lost in the region of £85,000.

The board have not provided updates, Accustem also hasn’t listed.

I was listening to the Zak’s trades cafe podcast yesterday where GC says it’s taken a bit of a while but shouldn’t be much longer. That was in May 2021.

As someone on the show said, the main issue has been shareholder communication.

When questioned about big pharma interest they said they couldn’t talk about it but I reckon that’s just a way of dangling a carrot, they have possibly had little to no interest & that’s harder to admit than saying can’t talk about it.

Seriously thought this could be takeover or something but know I realise I have probably made a huge mistake.

For any of the paid de-rampers on here I won’t be selling, there’s no point.

By the same token, a class action may not be worth it as the company doesn’t have enough to pay out any decent claim but as pathetic as it sounds I would probably join one right now if it would cause damage personally to some of the major Insider shareholders that have stuffed investors.

Although crazily cutting off my nose to spite my face, I would perhaps take pleasure in seeing the company go under & the relevant shafters losing more than me.

I know biotech has taken a hammering but it seems to be suiting certain shareholder massively.

Unfortunately I am one of those that held. It’s 85% down now since the covid trials news last year.

I think it’s safe to say that this truly is the value of Tils. I (like many others) got sucked in & deeply regret it now.

I have gone from over 100% profit fy 20/21 to a big loss 21/22 as a result of putting a lot of eggs in the tils basket.

Every day I think surely it can’t go lower, surely Accustem will list soon and save the day, but it never happens.
