I have to admit, I lost a lot of faith in management and stand by what I said previously in terms of the terrible Nasdaq listing and indeed accustem (or lack of) although the biotech market as a whole has taken a bit downturn. That being said, I don’t think any of us can do anything but praise GC for putting his money where his mouth is recently. I did buy a few more earlier this week and perhaps others will follow what he’s doing. I have to say though, comms are still poor on the whole, no defence of what happened previously or an explanation. Nothing on Dr K (I hope he’s in good health).

The problem with a big insider stake like this is that you really are stuck with majority shareholders making the decisions, for better or worse.

Didn’t Laura Fonda increase her position a fair bit earlier in the year? Perhaps GC is gearing up for a buyout and wants to be sure it gets accepted. I have lost hope of big pharma being interested really though, and think that could be a few years down the line, if at all.

There is still little appetite for biotech at the moment and I can still see a lot of holders having to be underwater for some time yet should they wish to get out of this without losses.

The years are rolling on for Tiziana, and the progress doesn’t seem to be particularly forthcoming.

I hope accustem lists or does good before the new year so I can get out of jail on that a bit. I have bought a fair whack of them the past few months (blind gambling), but feel cautiously optimistic about them.

All the related material notes the bonuses to be paid to staff on the back of a $30m raise. I wonder what position this will leave us in and what the MCAP will be when something happens there.

$8m surely leaves some room for profit here…

I think some kind of update and showing shareholders/markets what accustems genuine plan is would be a great way to boost the SP to NASDAQ capital market levels.

I can see this having an MCAP less than the wage bill in a minute!

Ouch, so even the accustem shares I’ve bought over recent months could get reverse split!…. Up to 15 times!!!!!

So worst case, potentially for every 300 old accustem (UK entitlements) you had, you end up with 1 new…

Stand by what I said previously that it doesn’t change the percentage ownership in the company but really starting to wonder what the end game is here. Salaries of around $1m dollars a year (give or take, haven’t added them up fully) and still no major update with accustem.

Granted their share options are at $2.66 but crikey, old accustem isn’t looking the most hopeful at the moment.

Hopefully they come up with something solid soon. Hopefully we’ll before the meeting in October…

As per the reports, they are going to need some cash, that’s surely a given. Im not quite sure what their plan will be. Surely a placing at this price or lower would give next to nothing and cause massive dilution .

I would be rather disappointed if the management organise a placing and dilute us at these levels.

Not quite sure how they get to NASDAQ Capital market from where they are now. Hopefully there is a plan for this.

Correct me if I’m wrong but it’s supposed to be a $4 minimum bid price. A lot more than current price and would reflect an MCAP of around $45m. Still a far cry from the $280m valuation prediction previously, granted biotech has died a horrible death the last year. I can even remember tils MCAP now, wasn’t it around $200m for quite some time (when it came back to sensible levels)?.

With current bid and ask for accustem the MCAP is only $5m-$6m dollars. A 46 bagger would surely be lovely if biotech makes a comeback and this does actually list.

I think a lot of accustem holders would probably be happy if it was sold now.

Not sure how GC would feel about that but $100m buyout would reflect just under $10 a share (roughly £0.40p in old Tiziana shares before 20/1 consolidation?) . Maybe I’m on cloud cuckoo land but the tech has to be worth something if it’s as good as they say.

Certainly seem to have put a good team together, that’s for sure. But shareholders have suffered for almost 2 years now since the demerger and a lot of them (myself included) really have lost a lot of hope (granted I’ve been buying a lot at this level).

Said it before, I have slated The BOD a lot out of frustration but I suppose we have to accept that biotech is on its arse still from covid / 2020 levels.

Keeping an eye out on some of the sector funds like ARKG & XBI and some of them seem to have recovered a bit so maybe the market as a whole will see a return somewhere between pre covid levels and the highs of 2020.

Tils Aren’t expected to generate revenue until around 2027 IIRC. What’s your point?..

Only thing that matters to me at the moment is when is the NASDAQ uplist coming and what will the IPO price be ?

In 85 days I think it’s 2 years since the accustem demerger.

Maybe it was held back due to the dire state of biotech. I hope we all get rewarded for the wait.

Granted I have bought a hell of a lot more for pennies in comparison to what I paid for the “free” shares I had from the TILS holding.

Maybe I will have to eat humble pie if it comes right.

Still not sure if they are an absolute steal or a waste of money but accustem are tradeable on the otc. To get 1 share now you would have had to have had approx £36 worth of tils shares (20 at £1.80).

Current MCAP showing as $4.5m

A far cry from the HC wainwright valuation of $280m.

Will this be a 60 bagger? Who knows.

But even at 25m MCAP it’s a nice return from current levels.

As said im majorly unhappy with the performance of TILS / ACUT and the BOD but wonder if the chap could be unwell.

If that’s the case I wish him all the best although I certainly hope we haven’t been misled over the past few years.

This just goes from bad to worse for tils. Biggest regret and over exposure I’ve ever been involved in personally .

Naive is a term I often feel accustomed to. I seriously must start to listen when people give me the TRUTH.

Being negative in life is not a good thing, but when it comes to stocks and shares, heed other peoples warnings.

Although I (like so many others) am mortified about the TILS & ACUT SP, the BOD terrible communication etc, this has been gone through 100 times.

If you own 10% of a company with 100 shares you have 10 shares.

If there is a consolidation 10 for 1, you will now have 1 share, but still own 10%. The position is exactly the same.

The SP has slid horrendously for accustem, probably due to the fact they still aren’t listing and the absolute debacle that has been the corporate action and as well as the biotech sector as a whole.

Accustem shares are worth sod all at the moment, I have been buying some recently and for every 1000 shares you buy now you’re buying the equivalent of 20,000 old accustem (UK ) shares. So $900 bucks now buys you what would have cost say £36,000 in old tils shares to get the entitlement!

Hopefully Accustem comes back and they uplist to Nasdaq capital markets or something (Anything please lord) soon.

Did you have around 224,000 accustem entitlements previously?

AFAIK it was 2 for every US adr & 1 for every uk share at ex date (so the same basically) and then the consolidation was done a few months back.

I have been buying a few recently as they are tradeable again through HL.

Blind gambling but @ 0.7 or around there is works out around 3p per old accustem share! If I knew I could have bought accustem @ 3p I’m not sure I would have exposed myself as much considering TILS was around £1.80 per share at the ex date.
