RE: S1 IPO filed for Accustem19 Nov 2022 20:00
I think Accustem price touched 1.30 yesterday. The bid was at least 1.15
It will be interesting to see if someone in particular was purchasing those or just open market.
WRT to the Tiziana SP, I seem to remember in the investor call that GC mentioned they have another 180 days to regain compliance. Naturally they can’t say wether there will be another reverse split, buyback or anything else to achieve that. I’m sure he mentioned they intend to meet that target.
I’m not sure but did they ever finish the $5m buyback?
I was furious with the lack of comms and contempt shown for shareholders by the BOD, especially with the LSE to NASDAQ only switch and issues with settlement of shares therein. That being said, whatever the plan to get back above $1, I suppose they can’t really advise where or when this may or may not happen as it just makes it an easy target to trade and sell if so!
I confess that as a glutton for punishment, I did buy a few more TLSA stock yesterday. To be fair, I am trying to get my head back out of water and hoping this is kind of “averaging down”, with a view to getting out of jail in the next year or two depending on the global situation with biotech and indeed TILS own progress.
At current levels, (forgive me if I’m wrong here) the current SP is around 55p sterling,
Pre consolidation (2 for 1), doesn’t that make the SP 27.5p in sterling? Or was that a further split after the NASDAQ only move, meaning the current relative SP for TILS equivalent shares (like 2020 era) would be in the region of 13.75p?
As a current LTH, I am still more interested in getting out of TILS after the terrible lack of comms etc but progress here with foralumab MS trials etc and spearheaded approach for FMAB does look encouraging.
I think GC probably already knew that biotech was going to suffer for a while, probably not to the levels we see here after the 2020 boom but I think it’s wise to try and generate serious interest and Proof of concept to drive the SP and then raise at sensible terms as opposed to going to venture capital or by placing at current levels. I suppose timing is everything, but market forces EG sector performance is out of control of anyone. You can have the best business in the world, but if the sector performs badly then the SP will reflect.
I just hope they have a plan now and are seriously, vigorously and actively pursuing the trials with FMAB and indeed spending the cash they raised for this purpose!
I have been nothing but critical of them since 2020 but do hope the recent call was sincere.
Going from a big profit (and holding) to a big loss (and holding) sure has been a lesson for me.
Maybe I will feel different depending on what FMAB shows in coming months. If it’s solid and attracts genuine market interest then I suppose the SP should get back somewhere more sensible and perhaps more importantly than that, stabilise to a consistent level.
Massive fingers crossed for accustem pric
