Days since accustem demerger18 Jan 2023 20:50
Approx 26 months now for Uk holders?
No update on the ipo, or anything else for that matter.
Kind of wish I sold what I’d acquired when it was available at 1.85 in December.
Perhaps this will just die a slow death as well.
Id love an in depth review on the accounts of both tils and accustem, to see if certain people are just using them as a free credit card for bus class flights across the world etc.
To be fair Wendy blosser etc have actually had a proper job prior to this, but why no update since becoming CEO in March (or whenever it was?) surely can’t be NDA’s or buyouts in place taking this long?
I would love to dump this and tils but massively underwater on the latter.
Broken promises constantly
I think the best course of action is to warn other shareholders constantly both pre and post dumping this.
Can you honestly believe they are slowing operations down (laughable I know) on other products yet loaning millions to companies GC is associated with such as Okyo and Rasna.
I notice they haven’t loaned to other companies that GC doesn’t have an interest in. I remember seeing on LinkedIn Kunwar shailubhai posting something about leaving companies that are engaged in unethical practices (after he left Tiziana) and I wonder if this has something to do with it. That and the fact the auditors resigned.
Rotten to the core, should have taken my fat profit and jumped ship years ago. I have certainly learned a life lesson from this though, don’t believe the proactive interviews and all the other BS where money is involved and they probably couldn’t give a sh*t about shareholders.
Paul the plumber please defend the actions of them somehow here? Honest opinion old chap, don’t you think they have treated shareholders with contempt, regardless of market conditions?
