So, accustem had around $71k dollars at the end of September- not a lot of runway.

Are we about to receive another update? Is there funding?..

I see. Yes there seem to be piles of competitors to this I wonder if it’s not that special after all. As usual no update, not even a comment from the plumber. Must be going really well or even more poor that we’ve become accustomed to

At the ex date I believe it was around £1.80 a share for Tiziana shared and there has been a 20/1 consolidation since then.

To have 1 accustem share now you would have needed 20 Tiziana Uk shares at a cost of approx £36 at ex date .

That makes the cost of 1 share approx 1.8% of what it was in October 2020.

Still, expensive if it goes pop…

Or a large upside if we haven’t been sold a pup… an update would sure be nice

Wasn’t their burn rate around $100k a month and they had $100k left a few months ago ?

3 years since ex date. Shareholders not kept in the loop in my opinion. One interview from Wendy Blosser (Who incidentally I think is a strong executive), but no update on the ipo/spo really and nothing particularly exciting.

That was 4 months ago. We have had nothing since and their cash runway must have expired now. No cash left surely unless they have got it from elsewhere

Paul is there an update on accustem? It’s been over 1000 days since the ex date, almost 3 years and yet still no main market listing.

Just F*cking wow.

I have been here for 3+ years now and seen it all with this company. The $57m placing they had previously seems to have been squandered with FMAB hardly any further along.

I would love to investigate the accounts of Tiziana and see how much money is spent on flights etc. I personally feel that it could be some members of the BOD (1 in particular), using the business and different locations as justifiable reasons to suck money out as a lifestyle company.

Free business/first class flights to London and USA and back home again as long as there’s a “meeting”.

How the hell have they burned so much money.

The covid trials never fully happened, they have repurposed foralumab and the companies goal about 3 times since I’ve been a shareholder.

It’s just getting ridiculous now, I know biotech has had a real kicking since covid but this just takes the biscuit.

Unless I’ve read something wrong here (brief read) or some huge news is due on Monday, I am absolutely exasperated

Recent report showed about $120k runway left. I wonder if they are close to a fund raise, if not what is the plan as roughly only 1 month of runway left..

1000 days tomorrow and no Nasdaq uplisting, and not even sure if everyone has been issued their shares yet.

Interestingly I had a TILS spread bet open with spreadex at EX date which gave me accustem entitlements as well as my tils holding.

Today they have finally credited the shares to the account.

I wonder if this is just about to do something.

Over 950 days now. recent news updates show slides show they are appearing to do a roadshow with. How long between that and the raise?

I wonder if someone knows something is due with accustem.

Is it classed as insider trading for insiders to buy Tiziana now prior to accustem news being released if they know it’s due? I know they will argue it’s a separate company but to pretend it hasn’t or doesn’t affect the Tiziana share price is nonsense
