BOD release a tiny update that basically says ring your broker, nothing else & no news on trials.

No details on the precision deal.

Essentially a year of missed deadlines & trial dates & no update on Accustem. 1 year and 7 months now from initial plans to demerge.

Can this get any worse.

Bit of a shot in the dark, but I had a few dark thoughts earlier about the current SP & reasons for no updates.

Although I hope it’s not the case, I hope there’s not going ongoing litigation from one of the big II’s that invested maybe due to Accustem?

Perhaps they sold out following what was by many the assumed ex-date in October last year but have since found out that for TLSA Accustem entitlements the ex date was actually July this year and as such have lost our big time.

I seriously hope there is something positive happening in the background and the reason for no news is NDA’s or ongoing negotiations or similar but as we currently stand it isn’t looking great.

Anyone know what time this news is dropping this evening?

According to some on here, Accustem news due before Christmas… we’ll it’s Christmas Eve-eve currently, so let’s see what tomorrow brings.

GC currently strikes me more as a bloke with a sack over his shoulder running away from the house as opposed to delivering gifts via the chimney!

And looking back, how wrong I was. I have learned now that a profit is a profit and that words are only that. TILS has now become a really bad investment for me & dare I say it, if only I had listened to the “derampers” that moaned about Accustem.

To anyone that was trying to call a spade a spade previously, I apologies if I accused you of de ramping or similar. It turns out that your suspicions were indeed true.

Many UK holders aren’t even able to sell this on the way down now! It’s unbelievable.

Paul do you think you can do another Radio 1 shoutout? It appears that was indeed the worst and most in effective low-grade ramp that ever has appeared in relation to a share.

Any reason for that? Is it because something big happening or because the SP it’s on it’s knees and their £10k a month doesn’t seem to be doing a lot

If this isn’t a buyout or NDA causing this then it’s borderline fraud. Other shareholders have all had the same copy and pasted email from Tiziana when asking about shares

This is one of two things;

Either

they are unable to talk about what’s going on due to NDA’s and ongoing discussions,

Or

They genuinely don’t give two hoots about shareholders

What an absolute disgrace. Shares still haven’t switched from TILS to TLSA in my HL account. The BOD seem to think that everyone already has their shares!

I strongly advise anyone that’s considering investing here to check out Tiziana life sciences. The key players here such as Gabrielle Cerrone & Kunwar Shailubhai (recently stepped down) have missed enormous deadlines with no comment for the past 12 months, have demerger Another business (Accustem sciences) which still hasn’t listed for around 12 months & now have moved from the main market LSE listing to NASDAQ only and many uk shareholders still aren’t able to trade after around 55 days with the share price dropping daily & down around 80% since last year with no comment from the BOD or updates!

I would advise extreme caution here as the tactics were similar last year when the same people pumped Tiziana/TILS/TLSA with a pile of RNS then did a £57m raise & have since just disappeared really.

£1 a share meaning uk equivalent, so essentially £20 a share after consolidation.

The MCAP is all that matters if there is no dilution. The share price is totally irrelevant

I can’t see the necessity of 95% dilution. If there was a 150m placing I’m guessing it would be in the form of 20/1 so 7.5m shares. That would be 50% dilution but depending on what they raise at is of more importance to me. If they raise @ £10 a share uk equivalent (£75m) then we have still had 50p for example per Accustem share. giving an MCAP of £170m.

Maybe they will place @ £1 a share uk equiv so for example £340m MCAP. I would be over the moon @ £1 a share (although I may be dreaming).

150m placing if filled in one go would dilute Accustem but who cares the value is there?

All we can hope is something happens soon.

What in earth are you talking about? Are you that I’ll informed & honestly investing money in something that you don’t understand. Unless there is a placing, your percentage ownership in the company hasn’t changed. And if there were 150m uk shares in issue, there aren’t now 3B, there will be 7,500,000.
