I agree. It’s grossly undervalued as a tech company. I’ve clients with no income yet that have higher values. That’s the difference between public and private companies unfortunately.

Lloyds traded 50m shares today, NNN 193m. Lloyds 3rd on HL's Most Traded list today, NNN at no. 10.
How come? At least NNN is finally on the list and that will open things up to a whole new audience of sophisticated investors.

As myself and a few others mentioned on Friday, the TU is now academic. With the traction in terms of deals signed, revenues can only now grow exponentially.

Quite amusing that profits are being flipped between NNN and BIDS.

TU next week almost an irrelevance now as this secures Bids’ future regardless.

Excellent news now we know the terms. Essentially, NNN has acquired an advanced manufacturing facility with all the established logistics and distribution that go with it through sharing some of its IP and £50k. An absolute bargain of a deal which you can only admire. It doesn’t matter if it takes time for the cash to start rolling in, that’s just an inevitable conclusion. Anyone that’s lost out will soon recoup. Congratulations Mark Duffin et al. GLA

I wouldn’t expect an RNS purely in the back of establishing the company but would expect one when the JV is formally announced and the purpose of it explained. Soon I suspect.

Absolute rot. Why would substituting an outsourcing company for a real person to become company secretary mean a profit warning is on its way? On the contrary, it suggests that the company now needs that function to be carried out in-house because it’s on the verge of expansion.
